Alex was a great load of help with our rental questions and concerns we had. We would be looking forward to renting here again!
Alex was so patient and kind with all questions. I haven’t had to use storage before and she made sure that I was aware of billing and increases. Never made me feel rushed, like most services. She was very busy when I arrived but made sure to treat everyone with the same demeanor never rushed. She has a very thorough explanation for how everything works and showed everyone how to download and use the app and where to find the rolling carts when we come to access the storage.
The introductory rate is a scam! My rental rate went from $51.00 monthly to $154.00, (almost tripling), within 13 months. I trued contacting Public Storage to discuss the rate increase, but I was never able to speak to a person. Despite numerous messages, I never received a call back so I went to the facility. I was told I would have to move my belongings to a different unit in order to receive a lower rate. What sense does that make? I’m a senior citizen who would have to pay a service to move my belongings. As such, I was scammed and not treated with good faith. What a horrible experience to be taken advantage of in such a way! Please do not give your business to this facility.
The Manager, Alex was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the whole process of getting a unit and how to properly close out the unit once I was done.
Alex was patient with all my questions. She helped me find the easiest path to my storage unit and she helped with the app to open the gate and showed me where to find carts.
I needed to change my space and the man who helped me was great!
Great place
Freezing cold inside, making it very hard to do any form of move during an entire chunk of the year. Whatever. To not even clean the lot, though? A giant sea of ice remained in their lot for a month ffs. Every trip here seemed to expose a new issue, and we moved out within a month to avoid any future safety concerns or general issues.

I can't say enough good things about Alex at Public Storage! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness stood out immediately. Not only did she help me find the perfect storage unit for my needs, but she also took the time to explain every detail, making the whole process seamless. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service. If you're considering using Public Storage, I highly recommend working with Alex. She’s truly a gem and an asset to the company!

Convenient, decent location, get you started with one rate, and they bump you every month until you can’t afford it, then, when you think you’re going, broke, they either sell all your stuff, or get out, or do both, which is what I’m doing, Getting out and selling my stuff

A breath of fresh air. What a wonderful experience I had at this Public Storage. They are helpful, knowledgeable and made the transition easy with their ability and patience. Moving is not easy a stress that no one takes pleasure in. Alex, Jeff, and another young man (I'll get his name later and update) were just wonderful. So helpfull and kind.

Bought a wardrobe box from Public Storage in Burr Ridge and the Manager ( Yezmin ) was very help. She advised me to buy the tallest one for the price difference of a $1. That was a deal :-).
