I was a long-term customer here. The speed at which they raised my rates was ridiculous. They definitely are NOT trying to keep you as a customer. By the time I pulled out the last of my stuff, I was paying almost double the rate I started at. I watched many folks moving from unit to unit at the end of a month to try to stay at a "new customer" rate. That's just not feasible for someone with multiple units and at least one being a packed 10x25. The rates they charge, the least they could do is have a restroom available. The upsides were that it was convenient and the fact I could open doors and gates from my phone.

We were just evicted from our apartment after the passing of my Step Father who was the breadwinner of the family. We stayed as long as we could but alas our time ran out. Public Storage was there for us and I'll forever be grateful for how FAST and EASY it was to walk in, get my unit, and in ten minutes I was driving through that gate. 10/10 service!!!

We placed a reservation to come in & view the unit to get an idea of the size & space before we can confirm the order. Within few min. Shanena reached out to us which was very helpful. She sounded very courteous & helpful, so we confidently booked an appointment to visit the facility. She happily greeted us upon arrival, showed us to the unit & explained us how the reservations/cancellations work. She made us feel comfortable as this is the first time ever we are planning to do the move ourselves. She understood our hesitation and provided many available options with other locations as well. Shana is absolutely amazing!!! We came in January to rent a unit and she was very friendly and very compassionate with our situation. I had called her yesterday explaining our issue and offered to transfer units to one suitable to our needs. I went in today and switched units and there was ice in front of the door she immediately ran out to put what she had left of ice melt down and went and got a gentleman (very friendly as well) to put a more industrial melt down so we didn’t get hurt while moving our items. Thank you for going above and beyond!
