DO NOT PUT YOUR ITEMS AT THIS STORAGE! ALL OF MY ITEMS IN MY STORAGE Were stolen and my shit is completely EMPTY. No one seems to be empathic they just keep telling me to “file a claim” through insurance! It’s giving they had somebody sell my entire storage! Items from years and years are GONE with no answers!!!!!!!

The absolute best facility. The staff is always friendly and offering to help. When I moved, I forgot to close my unit. She helped me through all the steps so that I wouldn't be charged an extra month. If I ever need a storage unit in the future, I will be coming here again.

I have use Public Storage many times before and I have always been pleased with their service. I just rented a unit online and was charged for a lock. It says if you have one to bring it to the property manager for approval. I went to the office on a Sunday at 10:30 am and no one was there. I called, but went to voicemail, so I left a voicemail. I call again on Monday afternoon and it went to voicemail, so then again I left a voicemail. I called several times Sunday and Monday during their work hours and every time it went to voicemail. I am thinking of cancelling my rental unit because so far I am not pleased with their customer service.
Update - Changed the rating from one star to five. Thank you, Martha for apologizing and explaining what happened on Sunday & Monday, and also for refunding the lock charges. Your prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend this location.

place is close and convenient. The storage spaces are clean and easly accessible via elevator. Awilda took very good care and was able to help me and provided good service. Would certainly recommend if you are in need of storage space.
I spoke to a few customer service representatives and made 2 reservations. When I got to the location, they were only able to see one of the reservations. When I called back customer service, they were also unable to find my second reservation. Awilda at this location was very friendly and understanding. She was able to find my bookings and finalize my reservations. The 5 stars is because of her awesome help.
