FILTH ! Never any Dollie’s that are operable available for customers, AC almost never is working, bathrooms look like construction site porta potties, no one is ever at the front desk, entryway is always blocked with old furniture, junk & miscellaneous items, nails all over the parking lot and to top it off $400+ for a 10x10 unit. Please go elsewhere. This place is trash

Moving is never easy. Physically, mentally and especially financially. So when I arrived at the facility say about an hour after my scheduled time, the attendant was on break. I waited patiently because Diane gave me a courtesy call after my scheduled appointment time. As soon as Diane arrived, she immediately checked me in. Her attitude was so chill, relaxed and polite that it helped me to relax. Diane made an extra effort to accommodate me from having to walk too far. The facility itself was clean. There were some eye sore abandoned furniture left outside the loading area by careless occupants which Diane did ask for pardon. Besides that, the process was smooth and upon my return, the abandoned furniture was removed.

The WORST public storage facility ! There is never anyone available at the front desk the front doors are always locked. I have came here about 4 different occasions during they’re operating hours which online it says 9:30-6pm. There is never anyone to assist me with questions ? Is this self operations ? I don’t understand the point of the desks & supplies u can purchase inside if there is never anyone in here !!!

I came in yesterday to inquire about a storage rental. Although it was rather busy and only one employee. The young lady named Amanda was very attentive and greeted me right away. I waited my turn, Amanda showed me around the property and also gave information about other properties that may had the rental sizes I required, that she didn’t have available at her property. although I didn’t make a decision as of yet. If I decide to go with Public Storage, I would like to rent at this Property because of the cleanliness and patience Amanda had with me because I asked ALOT of questions.

The "GENUINE, HARD WORKING" staff here gets 10 thumbs up!!!!! They're lying property manager (and the district supervisor) are both lonnng over due half-a-star. In addition to THE MGR playing games with raggedy thermostats and the dust mite blowing cooling system, 'A FORMER EMPLOYEE ADVISED THAT PPL ACTUALLY LIVE IN THEIR UNITS.' So, yeah. Unless you're storing squirrel and racoon feed, Halloween Decor or smoked meats (that require little or no A.C.) take your money elsewhere..and don't be fooled by these very rehearsed ratings. Anyone can "ACT SUPER SWEET" then ask you to ⭐ them.

Quick and easy check-in since all was done online prior. Meshia assisted me in showing me the unit and gave me options as well as pointers. Was friendly and easy to speak to. First time using a storage unit. I thought a bit expensive but luckily I found a nice online summer deal.

Went to the facility today to buy some boxes and the young lady Meshia was very helpful. I explained to her what I was packing and she helped me pick out the perfect size boxes for what I needed. Meshia and Karimah are very nice and helpful ladies are a pleasure to be working there.

Came to the facility to rent a unit, the ladies at the front desk was very helpful. They recommended the correct size unit for me and also explained everything that I needed to know. I had a terrible experience with management yesterday on Tuesday, January 24, 2018. Jennifer the store manager (Jamaican Office Manager) called the Pembroke Pines Police Department on my movers because they refused to leave the property promptly at 6pm EST. Their office hours and access hours to the storage units are M-F 9:30 am-6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am-5:00 pm EST. If you arrive early or stay a minute late she will call the police on you and tell you loudly and rudely that "she doesn't get paid to stay late". There is a high crime rate and homeless people living in their storage units and this is why they have shortened their hours. They should evict the tenants and restore the extended hours. What kind of business model are they running here? Not only will they lose business but potential should not rent here because of all the confusion and mess that occurs here. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE!! Save your self the time and headache.

I would like to share my experience on something that happened at public storage today I went there to pay my mom bill and the door was closed I was there with another couple who pulled up with a U-Haul the lady knock on the door and the manager came to the door she told us that she’s at lunch and she will be back about 1:30 I then decide to go to the store and the other customer was upset. When i got back it was about 1:35pm and as I walk in she was cursing out the manager letting her know that she had traveled a long way and that she did not appreciate her having lunch and did not take her. the manager Jennifer explain to her that was she was on lunch she was not able to do a lease she apologized to her and start asking her questions regarding the rental the customer was upset Shouting and calling Jennifer the B word tell her she should stop her lunch and help her. Jennifer excuse herself from her and asked me what I wish to do I told her I’m paying a bill she took my payment she also had to help me with my lock up stairs she asked the customer if she would like to come with us upstairs and see the unit the customer and her husband was still upset as we both went in the storage unit the customer was Still calling her name Jennifer told me to meet her upstairs as she show the customer the space when we all get back downstairs the customer was still cursing her Jennifer then let the customer know that she will not be doing her rental and she should leave the property at which time the customer decide she’s not leaving and called the police another customer walk in and I told her I have to go. in my opinion the property manager was very respectful this customer was in the office and was very disrespectful rude and loud . I would applaud Jennifer on how she handled herself. I have been to this property several times with and without my mom and I have always been treated with respect keep up the good work Jennifer

Definitely needs some TLC! the doors don't close well, the carts are all jumpy and a few numbers on the gate code box doesn't work well.

I swear everytime I visit this location no one is ever there! They always have a sign put up on when they will return. And then when you wait for the time they say they will be back, they're still not there! This is really ridiculous and an inconvenience big time and something needs to be done..hire more staff or manager please !! It's a shame that everytime I come here I have to WAIT 30-40 minute for them to return. So glad I'm going to close my storage account with them. I will not be back at this location.

I've been using this facility for at least 6 years. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Everyone is nice and the facility is great. The building is air conditioned which is great for whatever you are storing. Never had a problem here and would recommend it to anyone.
