We recently purchased an RV and were looking for a covered space to park. After a Google search, the Public Storage came up, 20 minutes from my house, and the process to sign up was easy; everything is done online, the app is simple to use and easy to navigate. When I drove the RV to the storage, I came to the office, and the nice lady was very helpful and, without me asking, drove to the parking spot to make sure the height was good enough to avoid damage. I highly recommend this facility.

Honesty was AMAZING! She gave me all the information I needed and helped me understand that in’s and outs! She how’s her love her for job through her customer service.
Honesty was the employee that was up there when I went and she helped me get my storage room and provided so much detail. She told me where I could pull my car to unpack my things. She also told me about the cameras around the facility which made me feel safe while unloading my stuff.
