I gave this facility a rating of 3 stars when it was Storeease because their equipment frequently broke down and they raised the price twice in the first year I had a unit there. Now it was sold to Public Storage with zero heads up and I was denied entry to my unit. The main reason I went to Storeease originally was because Public Storage is such a crap company. I was going to move out anyways, but I'm move up my schedule and getting out immediately.

Highly impressed with this place! Moved in with ease the beginning of 2024 and the move out was just as easy! This place is super high tech which is neat and super clean! Prices were reasonable. Will keep this place in mind if I need other storage needs in the future

Update 7/20/25
So overall upgraded my unit 3 times, sucks all the buildings aren't connected inside so I would have to go in one door and out the other. Taking restroom use was a low blow specially when I had kids with me or my diabetic meds kicked in. Gate never wanted to work right. Not being 24hrs sucked since I was 3 hours away now. Then rates started to go up and I got hit with another fee on my unit that I didn't have on my other ones. So time got hard n ended up losing my unit but I noticed before the auction my unit was "locked" on two different days late at night. So makes me wonder if my unit has been opened and locked months before since I'm not in the area anymore. I love the sizes of available units and the smart tech and the virtual team.
Update review, I went today to upgrade my unit and during the process of exiting one n signing into my new unit I had the pleasure of chat with Lee Ellen she was friendly and amazing. We got through everything quickly and easy. It was such a joy chatting with her. Overall this company has great employees!
