Had to rent two units for nearly a year and a half, and had no issues whatsoever. Whenever i did have any questions, De’Veese was always there and super friendly and always went above and beyond to help me.
De'Veese provided excellent customer service. I approached him with concerns regarding my rental rate and he outlined some options that I was more comfortable with -- helping to stay within my budget for rental storage. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very satisfied customer!

!! BEWARNED 3RD FLOOR NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED !!
Renters, beware when renting a unit at this storage facility. They advertise climate controlled units but that does not apply to the 3rd floor, which they keep no lower than 95 degrees during the summer. I am sure this is to keep the bottom dollar and turn a profit as much as possible, but your belongings will melt and perish if you end up renting a unit on the 3rd floor. Cannot speak for the other levels but Public Storage is a HUGE scam. They also go up on your rental price without any notice! I strongly suggest saving your money and renting somewhere else.
Let me start by saying I own a business. I appreciate and require excellent customer service from my employees. Upon arrival we were greeted by the counter person, De’Veese Brown, he was incredibly nice and helpful.
I am a paraplegic and require a first floor unit. My experience with other storage companies has been unacceptable. De’Veese made sure he escorted me to the unit, that I could access the keypad, the aisles, and the doors. He is definitely an asset to your company. After De’Veese showed me where my unit was and I approved it he setup all the paperwork, explained everything to me. Because of De’Veese I have confidence that I have made a good decision to store with your company.

There are zero trash cans om the building. No security guards in the building, so if someone slips in, youre on your own. If the office is closed the restrooms are too.

Only problem at this facility is the option to scan to open main door only worked one time & since it never works so have to key in code of which if in and out is frustrating...
Also it is a major inconvenience when the bathroom is locked, because then I have to hurry up what I'm doing & drive across the street!
