Friendly Staff, Outgoing, Great Location, Clean, Nice Sized Units!
My two units cost $314 each in January 2024 and went up to $417 in July 2024. That's a hefty increase and no return call when I left a message inquiring about 33% increase. The facility is nice but if you call and leave a message with concerns or questions, they won't call you back unless you post a poor review. I posted a review after calling and stopping by no less than 7 times shortly after I moved stuff in. After the review I got a call back and I removed the review. Now, I've been charged multiple months for insurance on one of my two storage units and have not received a call back. I removed it again online and hopefully it works this time but I still have been charged multiple times for it.

Signed a agreement for a promotion a year contract at 120 a month and I paid six months in advance and then they eased the price and then raised it again now instead of 120 a month it’s 198 a month and all they say is they have the right to raise the price of your rent when ever they want
I came from out of town to check out different storage units. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Lindsey at this location. If I decide to move here and need a unit I will definitely be coming back.

This storage company is a complete scam. We have been renting here for a few years now. Never late never missed a payment. And consistently they have raised our rent every 3 to 4 months by 50$ every time. This should be illegal and ill be looking into the legallity of this. This surely wasnt part of the agreement upon renting the unit. I can assure u we were not informed the rent would be raised every 3 to 4 months.

I had a good review when it was an independent storage place. They sold to Public Storage and everything sucks now. Rate went up by $40 per month, can't ever get anyone to return my calls. I tried calling to let them know my payment would decline due to fraud on my card and I would give them the updated card when it arrived in the mail in a few days. Now I was billed a $33 late fee and there is literally nobody to talk to about it or try to get it reversed. I would not rent from here again and will be clearing out my unit.
There is never anyone on site. I get that this is a self service location, but you should still be able to speak with someone during normal business hours and you can't. They are illegally auctioning off my unit and I am unable to reach anyone about it. They claim to have sent me an email which I never recieved. State law requires that after 3 days of email service if they get no response that they serve notice via certified mail which they never did. I tried to work out a plan to get completely caught up within about 2 weeks with them but they were unwilling to budge.

I've been renting from Public Storage since before they ownership, and I would have to say, that Dustin Madsen has been more than great to work with! He has always answered any questions I may have had, & is always honest. He goes out his way to help in any way possible. I can't thank him enuf, for how kind he had been to my children, he always ask them, how things are going and what class they are taking in school, it's funny that my 15 year old asks me if we can stop by the storage unit, so he can show Dustin what he is building in shop class. It really makes a difference when you are able to find such amazing people, when you have to deal with all the crazy things going on in our world these days. Dustin is always professional, and it's nice to know that there are still a few kind people out there.

Dustin was a lifesaver for us when our other unit fell through. He was incredibly helpful—SO grateful that he was working on Labor Day when most storage places were closed. Highly recommend!!

Changed my 5 start to a 2 star. I have been a tenant for the past 4 years and it’s been a great experience until new ownership took over. Price went up 50% with no explanation even when I was told by the staff I’d be grandfathered in. Don’t have time to fight this anymore so I’ll find a new storage place and hope for the best as my items are not even worth the new monthly payment haha
