Rented here for about a year. They do increase rates regularly. Also I had an indoor unit and they put a punch code lock on the main entrance without informing me. I called to see what the code was, and I got no reply. I had to text the public storage customer service, and they replied with the code. I had an indoor and air conditioned unit, and I have bug droppings in my furniture. I am now having to deep clean what I brought here.

Here we go again. My unit is on auto pay and has never been late or unpaid, yet they can’t leave well enough alone. I know prices have gone up but this is a storage building there’s no price increase for a building that’s already built. The only utilities they have are for the office not the units. The rent doesn’t go up, it’s a contract, so why the need to over inflate your prices? Greed that’s why. They started raising my prices when I complained the first time and reduced them. Now they’re doing it again! This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a storage building there’s no cost involved other than the original build. This is what’s wrong with people.

The management in this location is never in the office, she is always in her house since she lives upstairs from office. She never answer phone and never returns calls if you leave voicemails.
