I recently rented two storage units at this location. The first time I dealt with a young lady by the name of Dawn. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and have severe issues with mobility at times, so it was very important I get a unit that was located as close to the loading area as possible. Dawn exceeded my expectations. Honesty was the second young lady I dealt with. I was in a rush due to the fact that I was having furniture delivered to this location and I came to the conclusion that it would not fit in the storage unit I currently have. Honesty actually cut her lunch break short in order to help me. I was overwhelmed by with her compassion, professionalism, and overall ability to accomplish what needed to be done in such a short amount of time. In the 60 years that I've been on this earth I have dealt with a number of storage facilities, and I will say NO storage facility comes close to this particular one. I was not expecting the overall professionalism and customer care that I received. Plus, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this location. I would HIGHLY recommend THIS facility!!!!!! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Public storage is the best and easiest storage facility I have ever used. When I contacted them I was connected right away to an agent who had all the information I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property including pricing and all information. Accessing the facility is super easy and it’s clean and easily accessible. Great Pricing and they provide a lock. Great customer service and experience. One day I did not properly close the unit and they called me to let me know.

We are at the end of our first month renting a unit here now, and so far, I'm impressed. The check-in process was smooth, and the unit was perfect for our needs. I'd like to give a special shout out to Ralph, who was extremely helpful on multiple occasions. There was a problem with my lock when I first moved stuff in, and he fixed it right away. The next time I was there, he checked on me on his way out after 5pm to make sure everything was still going well. He was also very helpful to my wife and mother in law when they came to reorganize the unit. Overall great experience thus far. Keep up the good work, Ralph!

I've been a tenant at Simply Self Storage for over 2 years now as a matter of fact I moved out of town and left my storage building there and was there when they were previously better boxes. I've always been very pleased with the staff the management and the facilities at Simply Self Storage and especially with the property management manager Gloria. Very friendly helpful even when time when I lost my keys they cut my old lock off put a new one on took care of everything and held the key for me and just charge me for the cost of a new lock it was very helpful thanks guys I appreciate it
Gloria was wonderful and walk us through twice, because we arrived separately. She was very knowledgeable about what size unit was necessary for our amount of items.

Gloria made my experience the excellent experience it was. She was nice, patient, and accommodating! I signed a new storage contract because of her, not the unit. There are numerous similar storage facilities within spitting distance but they lack her customer service.
