Ms. Dee, the manager, was such a sweetheart. She offered us snacks while we waited and had excellent customer service. The only thing that was off was they put the wrong lock in the unit, and the type of unit we have will only fit a specific style of lock. Other than that, everything else was smooth.

So, it's a storage facility. For that, it's what you would expect. However, Danika made this experience a pleasure.
