We had a great experience with RJ at the Powell location after we had to quickly secure a unit when our moving truck was set to arrive on Memorial Day and other storage unit options were closed. After booking on the phone and confirming several times we needed a unit on the main pull up for our movers with their 18 wheeler to access our unit and realizing that is not what we had recieved after arriving, RJ went out of his way to change our unit location for easier access and help hold the gate open for our truck. He was very friendly and helpful! Great costumer service experience!

This is the absolute best storage unit location I have ever rented from. Other storage companies are nowhere near as clean or knowledgeable or friendly. I went to get a second unit rented because I was so pleased with the service. Shelly was amazing and helpful, and even taught me how to use the app to open the gate because I have short arms. No more having to lean out the car to type in the gate code! No matter where I move to I will definitely try Public Storage again because of her great service.

I’ve been with this Public Storage since they opened the location. I started out with a small outdoor unit, then moved to a larger indoor unit. I even had a large outdoor unit for a while after I moved and needed to store everything. I’ve had a great experience with them! Front office is so kind and accommodating and will do everything they can to help! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a storage place!

I have been checking out different storage areas in the Powell area. After stopping at this location I was helped by Jared who answered all my questions and even took me to look at some of the units. He even followed up with me via text to thank me for coming in. I was very impressed with Jared on how he went above and beyond to help me, follow up and answer all my questions. This kind of customer service is the reason why I chose this storage facility!
