Brandy was wonderful! Call her for all your needs!
We actually just cleaned out my MILs storage. She had this storage unit for several years. It's clean, relatively safe and secure facility. The staff has always been personable and professional. We recently had a problem with the ceiling falling in, they fixed it right away but made a huge mess doing so. As it wasn't my storage personally I really don't want to sound negative, but my MIL paid enough for the unit over these past few years she could've owned it.
Ashley did a great job helping us out today! She gave us a lot of helpful information and options to make our decision easier. We are happy with our decision to use Public Storage. Thank you!

Ashley was so sweet, I was having an trouble loading the cart and she took the time to help me get my items on the cart and even carried a few items up to my unit. The place is always clean, she said thats not all her, Mindy is the one to thank for that.
I have had to rent a storage unit a few times and I always come to this location. The lady at the front desk, Mindy is always very helpful and professional. She has always been polite. I appreciate the effort she puts into finding the perfect unit in size and affordability.

Deceptive advertising. Promised me 98 months at $50 off only to take it away six months later stating they can modify pricing at any time. It's even stated on my bill, picture included. They are shameless crooks and the attorney general will be notified if I am not reimbursed.
I went in to get a storage unit for just a few weeks and I met Merrell, he was very accommodating, extremely nice and professional. I couldn't feel better about my choice and bearcat. Storage in milford mount repose. The best experience that i've ever had at any storage facility bar, none. Ask for Merrell. If I could give a 10 stars, I would what a wonderful experience for for such a daunting task.

I prepaid a month more than we stayed since I thought we weren't going to move everything out of the unit before the first of the next month. I've chatted with customer service multiple times to try to get this resolved. I got refunded for the insurance cost but never got refunded for the price of an extra cost of the unit.
My move-in was professional and friendly. I felt like I was being taken care by a friend. It was simple and fast. The unit was clean, grounds were clean and overall it felt very safe.
