I have been storing here since before public storage has taken over, with that being said I am not the biggest fan. The gate was up for almost a month and she was communicative and offered reassurance during the process. The reason I have not gone to another location is due to the customer service from Kim and how spotless and kept up the property is. This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever been to. Kim has been very help! I called a couple of months ago about a storage unit. At that time there was nothing available, but she never forgot about me. When a unit came available she reached out, unfortunately I was not able to access the unit easily and had to decline. A couple weeks later she call to inform me that a unit can available in the area requested. Kim made the rental process easy and has a solution for all the challenges with connecting to sign the lease agreement.

I spoke to Kim at Public Storage in Marysville a few times, from getting set up in an intial unit when I first moved to town, then into a bigger unit that became available, and also to ask some questions about my account with them during that transfer process. She has been wonderful to work with and is very knowledgeable; she went above and beyond in my search for a larger unit, keeping me in mind for what I was looking for, even called to ask about others that came available first until the right one did. I am so thankful for her efforts with me and will recommend to anyone who may be looking. Thank you, Kim!

I made a reservation online through the website. Not too long after I received a phone call from Kim letting me know that she only had one of the units in that size left. The whole process was smooth and easy.
My dad has been renting at this location forever, so I was distressed when reviewing his accounts to find out that since Public Storage bought it out, his price has been increased substantially above their current listed standard rate.
But talked with the property manager Kim and she was helpful. She locked us in to a 6 month rate for now (best she could do) that is still above standard rate, but is reaching out to management to see about reducing it further. Depending on that outcome, may have to modify this review.

I have had the experience at this location. Kim is amazing. She walked me through the rental agreement, and let me know that the office isn’t always open because their are days the she has to work multiple locations, and that she spends a lot of her time outside. If I needed anything to call and set up an appointment. I totally understand that She is there to make sure my items are safe and secure as well as others. Yea they raise the rent but it is a business and they need to make money and pay the wonderful Property Managers. They are so friendly but Kim takes the cake. The you Kim and public storage.
