She walked me through the rental agreement, and let me know that the office isn’t always open because their are days the she has to work multiple locations, and that she spends a lot of her time outside. If I needed anything to call and set up an appointment. I totally understand that She is there to make sure my items are safe and secure as well as others. Yea they raise the rent but it is a business and they need to make money and pay the wonderful Property Managers. They are so friendly but Kim takes the cake. The you Kim and public storage.
