Tiffany was fantastic she changed my opinion of Public Storage. When I spoke with customer service they were extremely rude. I had nothing nice to say about Public Storage until I spoke with Tiffany. She has been great!

We stored my daughter's belongings here over the summer and returned to find most things covered in thick mold. She spoke with other students who had the same experience. We were assured that insurance would cover the damages. The insurance process is unmanageable- our claim has been denied for unknown reasons multiple times. I strongly advise against this facility as it will end up costing you money in the end.

Over the top customer service!! This lady stayed after hours to help me with my reservation. Apparently it had accidentally been cancelled through the call center, but she was able to get to the bottom of it and see to it that my rental was processed correctly!! This is a great place to go to store your things and it's also safe as well. The lady Beth is such a nice person. She helped alot of people to get what they needed and wanted. I recommend you all come to this place.
Do not store anything worth storing here. They advertise climate controlled, however, the humidity is definitely NOT controlled. We stored our daughter's dorm items at this location over the summer, and had to dispose of most of it. Mold, mildew and other creepy things growing on the items. And, by the way, the dumpster was overflowing with other folks items that were mildewed and moldy. Tiffany was very nice about it and said that someone from corporate would call or contact me about this, but of course, nothing. This was exclusively the fault of Public Storage, and no one else.

It was easy to get the storage and stuff. The only thing is I was told from the person online that I would get my 19 dollars back right away for a lock I had to purchase until I should them a lock that they used, and he said that they would give it back that day. We'll at the storage facility the lady said it would be back on my card within three weeks, not giving it back right away like I was told. Other then that is was great, plus they have carts you can use during the move-in.
