Amendment: though I stand my my original review of the customer service I received, I’m afraid I’m not a fan of the organization itself. Prices went up and up during my couple of years renting the same small space, reaching over $108 by the end. Perhaps this inflation was industry-wide, perhaps just this company. I would suggest a wide survey of storage company practices to determine whose prices remain stable and whose go up repeatedly. Make an informed decision.
