Prices arnt being honored. New public storage staff are extremely rude. District manager and manager have repeatedly lied and given misinformation to current customers. Customers are leaving in droves. I would never recommend any public storage to anyone due to there policies.

They are never around . When they are they are rude . I wont rent there ever again

Every day something new with this storage. Last week the entrance door was wide open letting anyone in as they please. Now both elevator are out of service, stairs are locked and no way for people to access their units. Manager said “oh well.” What is this?

Hector and Maxine are as good as it gets . It’s been a rough change from the last owners and these two employees have done well with addressing my concerns. Certainly going to bring them a coffee , they deserve it.

Unprofessional, poor communication and the building has the worst chemical smell you've ever experienced. Like you will instantly get cancer.

Prior to Public Storage taking over this location the experience my fiancee and I had in the almost 3 years were amazing; BUT NOW…. Absolute dumpster fire it seems! We have befriended some other renters with similar experiences with an extremely rude woman staff member there who my fiancee has also made numerous complaints to me about as well regarding her rude and unprofessional attitude, and operations there don’t seem to run anywhere near as well as it did prior so this has been a disheartening. Us renters pay good hard earned money to store especially those of us who obtain multiple units and should not have to deal with crap attitudes, disrespect and trying to charge even more money when we’ve already paid up in advance for our contracts just because they took over Extra Space. Ya’ll need to get it together before you lose even more customers than you have already started losing.

once again with this place. They had switched something in their company in which stopped my credit card payment. I was out of the county at the time. They couldn't process my payment. This company has the nerve to charge me late fees because of their mistake. And right away want to auction all my stuff off. So when I got back to the US. I went to the place to pay my bill. Its say they're open from 6am to 5pm. 8am sharp. Nobody there, lights on, gate is up. Than tried calling them and no answer. I see a lot of 5 stars. Wait till you accidentally miss a payment.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I rented a storage unit believing I was getting a fair monthly rate, only to have my rent increased by $72 a month after just four months. That is an outrageous increase and feels like nothing more than a bait-and-switch pricing strategy. Offering customers an attractive introductory rate and then dramatically raising the price a few months later is misleading and takes advantage of people who have already gone through the time, expense, and inconvenience of moving their belongings into storage. The company knows that once your unit is full, most people won't move everything again over a rate increase. There was nothing about my service that justified this increase. I paid my bill on time, yet my loyalty meant absolutely nothing. This business appears to prioritize maximizing profits over treating customers fairly. If you're considering renting here, think twice. The rate you sign up for may have very little to do with what you'll actually be paying just a few months later. I would never recommend this facility based on my experience and will be moving my belongings elsewhere as soon as possible.

Came in to inquire about obtaining a unit and got assistance from the store manager, Carson. When checking out the units, they were clean, secure, and easy to access which was a great peace of mind. Carson broke down the cost and options I had and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Picking my unit was quick and stress-free thanks to him. If you’re looking for a reliable, safe, and professional storage unit, I highly recommend this location!

On 4/28/26 - I called and spoke to Mike/Michael & he was so patient & compassionate to my inquiries. Not even knowing I had just lost my mom & my cat within the last 2 months. It’s people like Mike that now, I won’t be looking for a different place to store my things. I don’t feel like just another income for your storage company. I feel like you really do care and appreciate your customers. Thanks again Mike for helping me during this difficult time in my life. The amazing thing is, you had no idea to begin with. Sometimes.. you don’t know what others are going through in life. Mike’s kindness made such a big impact and restores my belief in good people. I will definitely be paying this forward to others. Mike should get a promotion and/or raise. He should train others in your organization. After all, this is a customer service based operation. I’m extremely disappointed with their pricing practices — it feels misleading at best. We were initially attracted by a low rate (around $70/month) and even paid for six months upfront. As soon as that period ended, the price suddenly jumped to about $160. That’s nearly double, with no changes or improvements whatsoever. Before this, we had already rented at a neighboring facility of the same company on Zebra Place (they literally share back walls), and the exact same pattern happened there: low introductory price followed by a sharp increase after a few months. This doesn’t feel like a coincidence — it looks like a deliberate strategy to attract customers with low rates and then raise prices significantly once moving out becomes inconvenient. What’s even more frustrating is that right now, the Zebra Place location has similar units available for less than what we were charged after the increase. This kind of pricing policy feels highly unfair and non-transparent. I strongly recommend being very cautious and clarifying how and when prices may increase — otherwise you may end up with an unpleasant surprise.
