Where do I even begin !! My sister Keandre Williams storage was broken into at this location while she is away on a nursing assignment ! Here is the thing the stuff been in storage for almost a year now . Supposedly mask robbers came and raided multiple storage units and here’s where I think my sister should get a lawyer and pursue legal action IT WAS A INSIDE job because she have no family in Las Vegas no one knows her storage but the people at that location that work their !!! It’s really shady that they have crooked desperate janky people working and trying to steal people stuff that they work hard for ! This was no coincidence that her unit was chose to get broken into ! This was a plotted incident . I will take this further and corporate and everywhere else because this is not okay !
I received a call regarding this issue. The staff has always provided excellent service. I was able to express the inconvenience of the issue. They advised setting an appointment before going to ensure someone is there to assist. Hopefully they can figure out a better system. I called while I was there but the phone just rang in the office which no one was there. The storages are clean and secure.
I have come three different times to decrease my storage space. There has not been anyone in the office each time.
Service here is always the best.

This Public Storage location at Flamingo & 215, has one of the best manager's that I’ve ever had the experience of working with. His name was Jim, and Jim’s customer service skills are outstanding, he is very knowledgeable of his job, he is very helpful, he’ll have you feeling welcomed and relaxed, as if you have been knowing him for years. He took his time made sure that I was getting the best unit at the best price for my needs, he walked me through all this techie stuff on the app, and made sure that l could navigate through all of this technology, they have nowadays, and that was very helpful, (Because I’m one of those seniors who is not very techie). The location is also very clean, when I walked in Jim, was actually mopping the floor himself. I would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone. Jim C. was an absolute pleasure to work with! He helped get me set up into my unit with ease, he was very knowledgeable, and very polite! The facility is brand new and extremely clean, easy access and in a great location! There is also a huge loading dock with easy gate access and they are open later than most local facilities until 9pm. If you are looking for a clean and new storage facility I highly recommend this place. All units are in the air conditioning as well.
