First time using a public storage. Manny was super helpful. Got me checked in, and told me where to go. I didn't know what the deal was with the lock provided, but he walked down with me and showed me. The facility is new and prices more than reasonable. highly recommend!
Update (1 year later): just moved out, and I could not be more pleased with this place. I hadn’t touched my stuff in an entire year, but it was exactly how I left it. Chris was super friendly, and got me checked out and on my way easy with no issue.

Came in looking for a storage space after looking online , Chris was main desk when we arrived he took the time to explain how storage spaces worked , showed us a unit to makesure it was what we wanted, and answered every question we had with patience and no hesitation. I recently rented a storage unit from Public Storage / Craig and Allen. The whole process was incredibly easy. I was able to do everything online from choosing my unit size to signing the paperwork, which made move-in very convenient. Facility and storage unit access information is email/texted to you instantly. The facility looks brand new: its clean, well-lit with inside air conditioned units. Pricing is also very reasonable for the quality you get.
A special thank you to Cheryl in the office—she was awesome. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this Public Storage location.
