New owners have taken over with a horrible tech system nothing but problems with my billing ever since and I can't wait till I can leave them as a customer. Would not recommend even for storing garbage. Good luck ever getting hold of somebody on the staff, voicemails go unanswered, emails go unanswered. Absolute nightmare company.
Bev is very kind helpful person. The downside to using Public Storage is the excellent rate you move in at, doesn't stay that way for long. Seems to go up rather steadily. Now they have "24/7 Access: for an additional fee... that should be included and lock you on for a specific time say like 24 months.

I was thinking about renting a storage unit and I live near Gretna. I stopped into the public storage off of 168th and 370. The lady who was working there was very helpful explaining the benefits of renting from public storage. Her name was Sabrina and she was very knowledgeable about her property and the units available and the pricing. I will definitely be back to rent a unit . I appreciated how kind and helpful Sabrina was.
Bev is amazing, she helped me sign for 2 storage units. I have been renting here for a year and a half. She’s always looking out for safety and I feel good with my stuff here. A ton of carts available to help me move.
Terrible customer service.
Only staying here because of the price and convenience to the house. After today I'm moving into a different unit. Manager parked her car in front of my unit and apparently left. After multiple calls and they couldn't get even the district manager to answer, I called 911 to tell them she may be in there. Getting a smaller unit away from the office and will be leaving as soon as possible. Price is the only thing good about this place.

I too have had a storage unit here with All About Storage for several years and the change over to public storage was a little dicey just due to my schedules and not always having the time to go in to the office to sign the new agreement and setup the new autopay. For me autopay is a MUST and it could have been a poor experience with BS late fees and such is it weren’t for the 2 ladies that work at the La Vista location (on Olive Street), Sabrina G. And Katie that made the transition smooth and simple, even with being 9 days late because of difficulties in my schedules they were VERY POLITE and helpful and even waived the late fee without hesitation. Customer service is everything now a days with so many large companies seeming to not care and have no remorse, it’s reassuring to run into people that are the face of the company, that show by their actions that they do care and truly appreciate the business!

Stay far away!! I can already tell the new ownership is going to be a hassle to deal with. The fact you are charging your customers late fees because you were unorganized while taking over ownership is absolutely absurd! The lady told me to make my standard payment and the late fees would be waived. I just checked my account and they went in and charged my card for the late fee!
The building was not secure when I first started storing here. They continue to almost double the storing fees every 3 months. Would not recommend this company.

This location was apparently just sold from the business “all about storage” to “public storage”. No communication was given to me, so in turn the first email I receive from the new management is that I’ve now missed a payment. My payments were set to autopay and I had no reason to believe anything had changed. So now when trying to call the office and get in touch with someone to get things sorted, I’m met with a voicemail 6 straight times. Not exactly the greatest transition of ownership

We moved our belongings into the unit in September 2015 before relocating to Minnesota. Since then, we’ve only returned once to check on the unit, and everything remained exactly as we left it five years earlier. Now, as we approach the 10-year mark, we’ve experienced several changes—including price increases, staff transitions, updates to insurance policies, changes to locks and padlocks, and even weather-related concerns such as blizzards, tornadoes, and flooding.
Throughout all of these events, communication has consistently been clear, professional, and compassionate. Most recently, Ryan has been especially patient and helpful, which we truly appreciate. His support has made it easier to continue maintaining the unit—something we originally intended to use for just a few months, six at most. Yet here we are, nearing a decade in September.
