My only complaint was there weren’t any carts to haul stuff to and from your unit until the last couple of months which is so much more helpful than having to carry stuff! But other than that great place to store things! I will definitely be back if I need a storage unit in the future!

Bev is amazing at her job, she took me around to multiple units and showed me my different options, plus was patient when we were having technology issues! She said she took over in August and I did read some of the prior reviews but the place is clean now, and she knows what she’s talking about. She was able to show me how to put my code in and download the app plus told me where the cameras were so I knew my things were safe and secure! She is an absolute amazing property manager!
P.S. as for the carts, she trys to keep track of them but there’s not much she can do if people have the carts in their unit. Shes took it upon herself to keep the carts in the office and ask for IDs to use them but some people still get past with them! Give her some grace! She’s doing an amazing job!

The staff is exceptional. The store can be overlooked because of their price points however great sales ease the "ticket price." The quality of what they selling is the missing factor of other retail stores that just sell disposable merchandise.
