Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 11163 S 168th St, Omaha, NE

Sabrina was very knowledgeable about storage options and helpful in getting my unit rented.

Rented a 10x25 online for my trailer which is 9’ wide. The day my rental began, I was informed that their doors are actually only 8’ wide unfortunately. So while I did not get to use the rental, Sabrina, the property manager, made every effort to find a local Public Storage that could accommodate me. In the end, it was a great experience. If something works out in the future, I’d definitely be willing to use this Public Storage off 168th and 370.

Sabrina is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel taken care of. She’s professional, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. she was there in the snow storm too.

Hello, I just wanted to give a shout out to Sabrina at the Public Storage location in Gretna, Omaha, NE. I had emailed the company several times in, regards to the lock and whether I should return it and where, but I never received a response. Sabrina thankfully called me a day before I was supposed to empty my storage unit and told everything I needed to know. Thank you Sabrina.

review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Public Storage — Omaha (Managed by Sabrina) I don’t usually write reviews very often these days, but this place — and especially Sabrina — deserve one. The property is tucked into a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and homes. That means you don’t have to worry about traffic, safety, or security issues you sometimes find at other storage locations. The whole facility is kept very clean and well maintained, and the wide drive aisles make it easy to get in and out with even large vehicles. When I was looking for RV storage in Omaha, I compared every option I could find. This location stood out because it’s one of the only facilities in town offering indoor RV storage. The units come with interior lighting and even power outlets so you can plug in a trickle charger — a big deal if you want to keep your batteries healthy over the winter. Being able to store an RV indoors also protects against rodents, snow, and harsh weather. In my case, I had to leave because of a size issue. My RV owner’s manual said it was 38 feet long, and the storage units here are 40 feet, so it should have fit. In reality, though, my RV is closer to 41 feet, which meant it stuck out and the door couldn’t close. Otherwise, I would have stayed in a heartbeat — the setup here is exactly what you want if your RV fits. Even with that hiccup, Sabrina made the whole process as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond, offering her personal help, even on her day off, to make sure everything was handled. Moving the RV in and out wasn’t easy since it doesn’t currently run, and I had to rely on tow companies to do the work. Sabrina gave me her direct number and stayed involved the whole way. You don’t often find that level of care from a storage manager. If I downsize my RV in the future, this is the first place I’ll be coming back to. Their RV units are truly one of a kind in Omaha. Beyond RVs, they also have regular storage units for personal property, priced competitively and managed with the same attention to detail. If you’re in Omaha or the surrounding area and need storage — especially indoor RV storage — I highly recommend this Public Storage location. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to work with Sabrina, who is simply outstanding.

I have had a rental unit at the 11163 S 168th St Omaha, NE location for several months and my communications with Justyn Wittzke have always been of complete professionalism on his part, along with his exceptional customer service. I found myself in an unfortunate situation (on very short notice) that was preventing me from being able to remove the remaining items in my unit, which were larger than my own vehicle could accommodate. I was extremely stressed and anxious about finding other means that would allow me to vacate in a timely manner. I spoke with Justyn about my problem and he took the time to really listen to me regarding the obstacles that I was facing. He assured me that he would work to find a solution that would allow me time in finding alternative transportation so that I could fully vacate the larger items from my unit. Thankfully, I was able to do so before the end of my rental period. It is becoming increasingly rare to find individuals working in the business sector who truly value their customers. Justyn demonstrated his value of me as a customer by his empathy and and understanding regarding my situation. I will forever be grateful to him for his assistance in my time of need. He represents Public Storage in the best and most positive way, and I want express my appreciation and emphasize his value to the company as a truly outstanding employee. My experience with Justyn has been one that makes me more than happy to recommend the South 168th location to others for their storage needs.

I’ve rented here a couple of different times. It wasn’t always peaches and crème, but now they have Justin managing the property! He is professional, prompt and follows through. He pays attention to the property and called me when he noticed something out of the norm with my unit. I’ve listened and watched him with other clients and have seen him dash off to another property to keep an appointment with a client. Companies are only as good as the people they hire and Public Storage is a better company with Justin on their team.

This location has amazing customer service. Not only do they literally call you right back is they miss your call, but when I needed to adjust my units size they did so on the spot, even though I chose the wrong size and needed it fixed. They just get the job done and fast. The facilities are new and very impressive. Easy access with the app makes life easy and managing my account couldn’t be simpler.
