The folks that work here are very nice, so that’s one positive. However, there is rarely anyone in the office, so if you need to talk to someone it’s hit or miss. Unfortunately our camper and at least one other camper were broken into and many items were stolen at this location. The closest camera appears to be broken. The staff was sympathetic but there was nothing they could do. We made a police report, and we will need to use our own insurance since we hadn’t purchased the Public Storage policy. We rented this unit because it’s a covered space which is really difficult to find in the area. The facility itself is very old and in need of some serious repair. The ceiling of the parking spaces is falling in and there are active hornet’s nests (which we squirted with wasp killer when we moved in to keep them at bay). We had to sweep a ton of dirt and debris out of the space just to be able to park our camper there. We have seen several people wait for the gate to be opened then walk right in. There is no effort made to deter them. Beware if you want to store anything outside here. The surrounding area seems pretty rough, with a possible high rate of homeless people nearby. Based on the items taken from our camper I believe someone who is un-housed was the culprit.

Tim was extremely helpful and very polite. He is an asset to public storage. Thank you Tim for making this transaction smooth and easy. We need more people like you.

My dad had gotten a storage unit here and it was the best place to get one Ms.Patricia Was helping us with very thing we had a problem the sweetest and the most kind person I ever met but sadly we are moving to a new house so we had to move our stuff, may is out last month using the parking spot. But thank you so much Patricia for your kind service would highly recommend

I haven’t been with Public Storage for long but I needed to get to things put away fast about a month ago. I was blessed to look up Public Storage that was right down the street from me and they were having PRESIDENTS’ DAY sale that have the units HALF PRICE OFF. I couldn’t pass that up. Using the on-line site to get my space reserved was so easy. Everything was right at my fingertips. I locked it in but I was still wondering if I would need a bigger unit and I wanted to get one at the same promotion price. I’m the day I went to see the unit I asked the receptionist (PATRICIA) before even going to the unit if they had a bigger one that I wasn’t able to see on-line. PATRICIA checked her sheet and saw that they DID have one and the price was on the half off promotion. We both agreed that getting the larger unit was the best way to go so we went ahead and did it right then. But the system would NOT give to me at the promo rate (because I was technically already customer since I had a unit) but PATRICIA understood that I hadn’t even used the unit so that wasn’t fair. PATRICA called her higher ups (ON THE WEEKEND) to glare if they could change it. The First Lady on the phone tried to convince me the regular rate was still “below market value” and that it wasn’t a bad deal. PATRICIA made clear that I had not even USED the other unit so I was still a new customer but lady didn’t seem to really care. PATRICIA called whoever was over her and explained it to him. He immediately understood and said he would make the change. It took a little while to get the change but it was all done before my first month’s rent. THANK YOU PATRICIA FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN FOR ME AND NOT TAKING NO FOR AN ANSWER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. Also that you to the manager that go everything cleared. He kept his word and made sure I got the deal that was quoted. Hopefully the promotional rate will last for a good while.

Ms. Patricia was fantastic and helped us stave off a pricing increase right as we were having our first baby and preparing to move into our new home. She was so kind and polite on the phone, and even got us checked out same day as our move. Love her!!

I would stay away from Public Storage especially this location. Receptionist doesn't know what they are doing. Caused me to be over charged . Refund can only be issued by check which takes weeks to review and mail ..it's been 6 months and each time I call its a different story. Not to mention on my move out day a unit was broken into.. I recommend any other storage unit but Public Storage.

For the most part our experience so far has been good. I really like the app. Opening and closing the gate is so easy. The only issue I have found is that once I get to the the building I can’t access my code to open those doors because we’re too close to the gate and it wants to open the gate all the time and therefore can’t access the code. I solved the problem by taking a screenshot of the access code so it’s in my photos now. The other issue is carts. There is only one cart for this whole building so we have brought our wheelbarrow and I’ve seen others bring beach wagons. We shouldn’t have to do that. The storage space itself has been a blessing for our situation and the price was ok.

I called last week concerning a increase in my bill. When I rented the unit, I was informed that the rental price would not increase. I called and spoke to the same young lady that rented me the unit and she denied you told me it would not increase. And hung up on me. That was very unprofessional and suggest training your employees how to communicate with customers

Needs more carts. Only one between the two buildings. If cart is in the other building you can't get to it.

PLEASE DON'T GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE! NOT EVEN CHRISTMAS STOPS THEM FROM BEING DISGUSTING INHUMANE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY TO SINGLE FAMILIES OR FAMILIES WITH DISABILITIES!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Sold my unit right after Christmas!!!! No one is ever at the property to get assistance. Horrible ruthless insensitive company. I will never go here or advised anyone to go to that location.

Seems to be a challenge to reach the front desk on the weekends. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response for my code for getting inside....fortunately, after traveling 250 miles, I figured out how to obtain it on my own after an 1.5 hours or so. Come prepared, and if you scootch in on someone else's open code, remember you also need the code to leave 😵‍💫...don't do it (no, I didn't do that, a friend reminded me). Fortunately, the one orange cart for the building was available (and pretty dirt-ay🤢), but so helpful. The cost of my bin has almost doubled in price since COVID, but then again, it has been a thus far uneventful, clean, safe place to keep belongings (may that contine) and for that I am grateful. Thank PS.

All was good until my unit was broken into after the security checks (inside job whether it be tenant or management). Now I am trying to f/u on my case, and there is no information, no f/u, and no one ever seems to be in the office. According on the detective working on my case, he has been over the office several times and NO ONE is ever at the office, nor has Corporate return his calls. Who runs a business like this?

PS is a trap!! They only accept payments on the 1st of the month!! Everyone doesnt get funds on the 1st of the month. This so you WILL MOST LIKELY BE PAYING A LATE FEE.They gave me a number to call to try to address this bad practice, but this "Customer Service" number is a joke!!! No one ever answers it!! Now besides the $33 per month late fee, they are putting" a lein" on the storage 🙄

Everytime I go up there to see about sizing on storages the door is always locked . I called the property manager twice and left 2 voice messages no call back. When I called the third time after an hour I was given attitudes for no reason. She kept stating that they close at 6 after I kept telling her that I come there all the time and the door is closed . I’m definitely thinking about cancelling my reservation now

Arrived on site to see about my reservation and check the sizing so I can make my finally decision and was met by a very rude young lady. Instead of her explaining that she was on lunch and can assist me at a specific time she made several hand gestures at me and said “ but what do you want I’m eating. Public storage just lost my $168 storage rental because of her actions.

I spoke with Love today, and she gave me all the help that I needed. Provided me with quick and accurate information that made my experience with Public Storage great. Thanks Love!
