The entire facility is very clean and the on site manager is very helpful and extremely nice. The units all have a light and a power outlet as well and that's super convenient! I can't say there is anything I could possibly want more from a storage facility.

I have dealt with this facility two different times now. Between the two times I have been here. I have only dealt with two people, Jennifer and Christine.. The two of them have been great. I do know with my experience here I had seen one person a little irritated with Christine however, I was there to see what happened. Christine goes above and beyond to make sure that every client is dealt with this particular incident somebody was just being impatient, and because Christine wasn’t right there, they got upset . I would rather deal with someone that treats me like more than a number so my hat goes off to both Christina and Jennifer for the Customer Service that they have shown they can provide and did provide.

I have nothing but positive experiences with my storage unit at public storage. In reality it's just a extra room to keep your valuables that you are not ready to part with or think you will use later. However this does not hold true at this particular location for one reason, Christi. This woman is amazing in every sense of the word. Knowledgeable, personable, professional, helpful. She is willing to go the extra mile to insure your experience with Public Storage is always positive. She give me confidence in the company. Without her those storage units are just a place to throw your junk, with her it's a place I'm proud to keep my valuables safe and protected. Whatever she is being paid it is not nearly equal to her value she provides to Public Storage. I tried to hire her away to work for me but she is just to loyal of a person. Double her salary she's worth it.

Yesterday (10/25/2023) I went to the location on 31st to inquire about a storage unit. The manager Christi was very knowledgeable about the multiple sizes of units as well as proficient with the contract and payment options. I feel a sense of relief knowing that my family heirlooms will be safe under her watchful eyes. Her presence at alone gives me confidence in Public Storage as a whole. Her laugh is infectious. Public Storage storage is lucky to have such and amazing and respectful employee. I never thought I would would write a review, much less a storage unit.
Christi go's far and beyond to help her customers, always friendly with a smile on her face. At times going out of her way to help even on her lunch break. Saving me the frustration of having to relocate my storage christi got to the bottom of it and helped me stay in current location.

Moved my friends belongings here, for their move to Noland Rd home. Liked their long storage locker, and put stuff along each side, and you could still drive a small car through, as it has doors at each end. Nice woman up front got them checked in.
Ms. Christi Management at 31st street location was kind, pleasant, and very professional renting myself a unit, I'll say your facility in Independence has one of the courteous staff I've been fortunate to have met.
Initially was getting annoyed spent over a hour trying to get a storage and get someone to help but after I met the nice lady working there and she helped get us set up it was fine!
Ktherine was very helpful, she noticed that the original storage that I was supposed to be moving into was slightly damaged maintenance. Hadn’t fixed it yet , so she moved me into a new one. When I was filling out my information I realized I forgot my wallet, and she paid my fee for me.
