I currently have a unit here and I couldn't be happier! The location is perfect, very close to home, which is a HUGE PLUS for me, LOTS of units available, the building is clean for the most part, there has been a couple of times where I have come here to store items and people have left their personal belongings by the main door!

She took the time to help find me a space size that would work for me and took the time to show me multiple spaces. She even took the time to find a space at a different location with a better price for me and my budget. If I didn’t get the pleasure to work with her today I would probably be renting with a different storage company.

A very seamless transaction and Jeanette is very attentive to the needs and services that I mentioned were necessary for my move. Lack of communication with the property manager,
No actual times that they'll be in.
There has been an "IT issue" since Saturday but we've seen multiple people access their units. I was told they'd call us with a temporary key so we could have access to our property/belongings. If this is supposed to be a safe place for our belongings why the hell is there no communication with us or access to communication with you guys? We can't get ahold of property manager and it's not always an option for us to drive down there.
Biggest complaint here is the lack of information and being told he would call us back. He didn't, I've called multiple times with NO answer. I've left 2 voicemails... 1st I was nice about, 2nd one I mean. The second we have access to our belongings we're out.
As promised:
I think his name is Tom finally came to the office. We talked a bit and he was understanding of me being upset and wanting to rage; we joked a bit and he was able to get me in. It was a temporary code... but I hope the IT gets itself figured out.
Seriously if you're about to leave a review because of the same issues - you aren't alone and it may feel like it's choosing it's victims (don't let that make you go crazy, you're complying and you paid; you're valid).
Seriously though, I think a text line with whoever is in office would be beneficial/office cell phone.
Other than the issues this week it's been smooth. Although my partner did point out that maybe y'all can give those of us struggling with this issue a month free of rent/no rent. 😉🤷♀️

I called up there and have never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know how much space I needed or anything and Karl took the time to listen to my situation and figure out the best unit size for me and it was under what I had budgeted for which was an even bigger win! I have been renting a unit for almost 6 years with my sister. The price did go up on August 1, 2024. I called and spoke with James and he was really nice and accommodating and worked it out so that I can keep my old price on my storage unit.
We loved getting a unit here for our move. It made it really easy for us to move things out in stages and then to store things while we were in transition. I love the garage doors and how the building has AC! It was so easy to get signed up and cancel the unit. We would totally recommend for anyone moving!

Nice new and clean facility, helpful staff, but has a very small indoor horseshoe style driveway to load/unload. They have a 30min limit, but I’ve never seen it enforced. Can get pretty busy, and you just have to wait for a spot or shlep your stuff in from the parking lot.

Just needed a storage space for a week and was able to get a unit in my neighborhood for a special deal. A bit of a learning curve for a first-timer, but after that first time using the place was slick. Fast doors for in and out. Under the roof loading is great! Met the manager Tammy for my checkout and all went smoothly.

Rented a 10 x 10 for 5 years. It was originally called "Beyond Self Storage". PUBLIC STORAGE bought them out a few years ago. They did change out the vehicle entry roll up style doors. They now go up almost instantly.
It is climate controlled, has 2 elevators, and 2 restrooms: toilet, sink, soap, mirror, tp, electric hand dryer.
There are NO trash cans. I'm sure this is because if there were, some people would probably end up leaving old mattresses next to a trash can and consider it done.
Can be hit-or-miss when loading/unloading when driving your vehicle inside due to other customers. It is nice to be able to load/unload inside out of the heat, rain, or snow. There is about enough room for 4 vehicles inside. I'd say the best times to go there is between 10 am and 2 pm weekdays, and Sunday mornings.
They do sell moving supplies like cardboard boxes, packing tape, etc.
Great storage with staff available to help out
We moved into the space in March, the restroom 🚻 was repaired by May. The staff is great, especially Lori who is there the most. It is kept clean when staff is on site. Renters should take care of their own trash instead of leaving it on the floor! Maybe having a trash container by the office door would help that. I now have a second unit because I moved out of an outdoor facility and love it inside.

Lori was great to work with!! She showed multiple units and guided me on appropriate size to meet my storage needs. She was also helpfull in cleaning the mess of mistakenly ordering two units online (which I've heard is a common occurrence when trying to reserve a unit and then ordering a unit). If this happens be sure to check your bank accounts for proper refunding. Haven't received mine yet... been 2 weeks. Maybe it'll be deducted from next month invoice?
This place is very well kept up. We been using Lindstrom storage solutions for a little over 2 yrs. It's very clean, storage areas are nice and big (like we need) or smaller versions that fit your things. Kyle's customer service is awesome! If he can help ya, he will! If anybody needs to store there things, look these guys up!!
Moving is always hard, but Lori at Public storage went above and beyond to help us find the right storage unit for our needs. She deserves a raise and a bonus for her customer service.
