I originally left a great review because when I looked it up and came out to pay and find the storage spot they were helpful. Now a few years later now no one is ever on the premises, Also no call backs from any management was told I would get a call from property manager now going on well over a month without any replies. Still holding on the District Manager to call as well. This place has turned into a nightmare over priced and won't discount or help with anythin i feel like it is a ghost site because no one is there. The gate was also broken couldn't get to my things and they want to sweet talk me to get me off the phone and won't give me a name or number to speak to someone directly. So warning on this place!

Gate occasionally malfunctioned and required a push to get it open, and nobody ever seems to be in the office if you need help. The storage spaces are fine. There's not really anything good to say about this place, but it's fine if you need storage space and you live near it.

The bill is constantly going up and the service is going down. My car was broken into and there were no cameras covering the area. If course my insurance only covers what's in the unit. Can wait to move. I will never use them again.
