The facility has always been clean and well-maintained, and the office staff has always been helpful and informative. We recently moved from the large storage unit to a smaller one, and are equally pleased. There is ample parking, transport carts, and security codes.

We have had a space at this facility for several years. Recently we made the decision to move out. Chris at Public Storage was amazing! He was so helpful, going above and beyond, getting us a cart, helping us with the key and lock, and just overall being friendly and available to help.
WONDERFUL HELP at this facility. Sarita went above and beyond when she helped me get information about getting my lock removed (I had lost my key). We tried several options in the community, she contacted her manager, and we got a plan in place to get that lock off. She is caring, smart and organized, and stayed late to get me help. She is a keeper - give her a raise!

Chris helped us understand how each box is normally used with concrete examples. Chris gave us a strong idea of how to pack for our move. We bought a "storage pak," glass dividers, and other items for our move. I'm glad we did!
Chris also helped us leave safely with the items. I'd be happy to come back if we need any more supplies! We're pedestrians only. We don't have a car, and we only had a hand truck (also called a box cart) to carry our items home. Chris helped us secure our items to the cart with the yarn we brought in advance for securing our items to the cart. Chris helped us get out of the store safely. The experience was great and I would be happy to come back!

If I ever find myself down and out I can always remember that any public storage facility is out of the rain and off the streets and probably offers pretty good lighting and some heat.
Carole called me in a day early to look over some of the units before I rented one. This wasn’t even her locations she drove over from a location in niles, very experienced ended up saving me money on the unit. this is the first time dealing with public storage I don’t know if this is a normal thing that they do there but she went above and beyond! would highly recommend, thanks Carole!
