Ideal place to store your stuff: indoor, climate-controlled, spacious and tidy, easily accessible with several entries, and equipped with elevators, carts and clean restrooms. The price is unbeatable: I don't think you can find a similar storage unit with a better rate. The staff (Carol and Melanie) are friendly and very helpful when you have questions about move-in/move-out and payment, and they can be flexible to accommodate your needs. The experience has been great!

The website wouldn't alow me to pay online for the unit I wanted, so the manager, Carole, went the extra step of holding the unit until I arrived from the coast six days later. Moving is hard, but Carole's actions made it much easier. If this is how Public Storage looks after their clients, they can have my business.

I was here few days ago, the lady name Carole was showing me the storage unit, she is extremely mean, she forcing me to do a fake review for her. Unbelievable. Won’t stop!!keep asking over and over again. Is it any reason? I saw the people gave her the review I can not see anything like her. And I drove around the building, it was so mess, nasty, smelly, gross, garbage under the brushes. Can someone clean it? It is ridiculous. This place is easy to find, the parking is really easy, and the best part about this location is the help you get from Carole. I booked my reservation for storage online and I called after hours for info and got a call back from Carole first thing in the morning. Upon arriving at the building today, we had a difficult time getting in with our access code (kept denying despite correct code.) Carole (employee on duty) was able to override the pre generated code with a number that we would remember, and more importantly, WORKED!! she assisted in figuring out box sizes for our move and helped leave a note for our complicated transition between two units we are renting. All around very helpful service, really appreciated the efficiency and kindness!

Been renting here for over three years now and they just raised my rent over $50 randomly. I called the unit manager at the place, some older woman with a groggy voice, who just keep screaming and is providing no customer service. stay away from this place. There are too many respectable storage businesses out there for anyone to deal with this behavior.

Met with Carole to to rent a storage unit. I prefer sites like this because it’s indoors and has climate control. She took us to each of the units in the dimensions I wanted, and see if the building’s structural posts were at the edges of the unit in question. We found one we liked and she helped us through the entire application process.

Carole helped us with the choices of sizes & locations of the rental spaces, She had the patience of saint by answering all the questions I had. If all people were this nice, the world would be a much better place. She was quite reassuring during what I thought we be a confusing transaction.

Carole is excellent! I have 5 units at this location mostly because she is helpful and very conscientious of the safekeeping of the contents of everyone's units!

After Eight years here at the Public Storage in Niles I have to move to Georgia. I must say Carole has been wonderful the entire time I've been here. She's very professional, friendly, and she keeps the property looking clean.

The night of my move in day, I was struggling to find my storage room, and I came in when no one was here. The next day, Carole helped me out with finding my room, easier access, how to use the locks, changing my entrance code, and let me know if I need access to the Building longer than 9pm, that she can extend my time. She helped me out very much, and I would highly recommend coming here.

Good clean place for storage. Carole runs the office on weekends and she is very efficient. She had the light bulbs replaced for my unit in just a short time after I notified her that they were not working. She also recently worked to get my monthly storage rent lowered for being a long time customer.

Fantastic experience. I reserved a storage place online and received a call from Carole the following morning asking if I wanted to come in and look at the unit to make sure it was what I wanted. While we were finalizing the contract, we had some computer issues, however, she was on the phone immediately with the help desk and got them resolved. Carole is top notch!

This unit is clean, easy to access, has good security, is NEVER packed and is generally the best unit I’ve used. I spent a year here with a 5x10 unit and was satisfied with the prices, accessibility and most importantly the staff support. About ten minutes to the highway as well. This is the facility I will be using if I ever have a need for a storage unit rental again. :)
