I came here few years ago, office no body here same as today. Waited for more than 15 minutes no one here. I saw someone walked around doing nothing not help and ask questions and she got very upset and ask me to check the price online. Is it called customer service? It is ridiculous.

I would give half a star if possible. The management is unfair and the workers are very rude. They watch you as if your a criminal when your there and they act like your at their home and your just a bother cus thy have to look like their working cus there's people around. The shorten your access hours if thy feel like it for any reason. They are so quick to lock you out so thy can add fees to your account if your a minute late on payment. That's the only time they smile when your making your payment..any other day they look at you like a nuisance. I will never go back or recommend THIS place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE AT THIS FACILITY!

I have been a customer for a year now and the experience has been great. The space is large and clean, and there are carts available at different entries of the building as well as two elevators inside to facilitate the moving process. They have restrooms inside the building, which are always kept clean. I like that it's climate-controlled so that I don't need to worry about any of my stuff being damaged by extremely hot or cold weathers. Carol is very friendly and is always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for short-term and long-term storages.

I called some lady name call Carol was yelling and screaming over the phone I just ask some simple question but she was yelled over the phone so loud. What is her problem with it? She needs to train how to talk and speak to people more politely

The website wouldn't alow me to pay online for the unit I wanted, so the manager, Carole, went the extra step of holding the unit until I arrived from the coast six days later.
Moving is hard, but Carole's actions made it much easier. If this is how Public Storage looks after their clients, they can have my business.
Ideal place to store your stuff: indoor, climate-controlled, spacious and tidy, easily accessible with several entries, and equipped with elevators, carts and clean restrooms. The price is unbeatable: I don't think you can find a similar storage unit with a better rate. The staff (Carol and Melanie) are friendly and very helpful when you have questions about move-in/move-out and payment, and they can be flexible to accommodate your needs. The experience has been great!

My wife went in here to go get a Storage unit. There was a lady name Carol working there. The most rudest lady I’ve ever met. She kept asking me to do reviews for her even though she was rude and mean to me she wanted me to do a fake review. It was almost like she was harassing me about it. I would’ve gotten the unit but I felt very uncomfortable. My wife did not wanna right there.

I was here few days ago, the lady name Carole was showing me the storage unit, she is extremely mean, she forcing me to do a fake review for her. Unbelievable. Won’t stop!!keep asking over and over again. Is it any reason? I saw the people gave her the review I can not see anything like her. And I drove around the building, it was so mess, nasty, smelly, gross, garbage under the brushes. Can someone clean it? It is ridiculous. I won’t think I will recommend my friends or other people come to this Public Storage.

I booked my reservation for storage online and I called after hours for info and got a call back from Carole first thing in the morning. Upon arriving at the building today, we had a difficult time getting in with our access code (kept denying despite correct code.) Carole (employee on duty) was able to override the pre generated code with a number that we would remember, and more importantly, WORKED!! she assisted in figuring out box sizes for our move and helped leave a note for our complicated transition between two units we are renting. All around very helpful service, really appreciated the efficiency and kindness!

Carole has been outstanding in providing information regarding our unit. She explains all the charges and rules of the facility. She has a very welcoming and pleasant personality. I read a review that was posted on Carole, I do not understand she goes out of her way to explain everything.
I have 5 units at this location mainly because Carole is very helpful and I feel puts the security of the property and my stored items first. I highly recommend using this location for your storage needs.

I was here few weeks ago, Carole was helping my wife got storage. She is disable. She didn’t explain very well to us. She is mislead us and now we received the bill is not correct that how she told. It was more. We all got confused. She should explain the price details what is charge. how the rent procedure goes, we are not very happy about her service what is provided to us. It is not right way how you treat customer. we had to call back and asked Sarita, she explained details and patiently and kindly so I can understand that very better. I visited this location on 6/19. Carole was such an enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable employee to talk to. She listened to my need, showed me the storage space information on iPad, introduced the safety and technology features of the location to me, and also gave me a tour to the actual storage stalls. Been renting here for over three years now and they just raised my rent over $50 randomly. I called the unit manager at the place, some older woman with a groggy voice, who just keep screaming and is providing no customer service. stay away from this place. There are too many respectable storage businesses out there for anyone to deal with this behavior.
