Melanie was very helpful when I initially got the unit and when I changed to a smaller one. She was prompt and professional in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, not to mention friendly! I would definitely recommend using Public Storage to friends and family.

The sign up process was so easy! I walked to the building, pressed a button on a digital sign, and talked with a live agent virtually. She walked me through the process of selecting a unit, and she told me I can also select one online (which was cheaper, so that's what I did). Then I got a code via text, entered the gate, walked to my unit (where my lock and key were waiting), and that was it. The whole process took less than five minutes probably. Plus, the price for a climate controlled unit was competitive if not a bit better than average.

Attendant was very helpful in navigating my needs into the best choice for my needs. Patiently explained all I needed to know. Thank you.

Called and spoke to a woman named Melanie. She answered all my questions. She was polite and curtious. I'm in the process of moving and she helped me pick the best storage unit for my budget. 10/10 would talk to her again.

Melanie was super knowledgeable in help me find the right size unit for my situation. She was also very knowledgeable to help me understand the reason for having a climate controlled unit.

Melanie from Public Storage should be teaching businesses across the world on excellent customer service. She is kind, friendly, remembers details from previous conversations, cares for the customers, and does an amazing job. Melanie SHOULD/NEEDS to be the main point of contact for anyone with a grievance or complaint, because I know she would be the one to not only fix it, but leave the customer happy knowing their belongings are in great hands.

(Mel) called inquiring about services and rates because my family plans to move in the local area , and when speaking to a wonderful lady named Mel, she was kind, clear spoken and helped me understand all my questions i asked her, and made me feel welcomed.

I placed a call to your facility to inquire about your units cause I am going to be traveling and need a unit. I spoke with Melanie and she was a doll. She was VERY politell and helpful. She assisted me in figuring out what u it would be best for me. She had excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend these units and business to my friends and family.

I called the facility looking for pricing and size of a couple different units .Melanie was very helpful and patient with me asking a million questions . I ended up stopping in to look at padlocks as well and she was able to steer me in the right direction with supplies as well . I will definitely do business with that facility as soon as we get everything cleaned up and ready to be put into storage. .

Had to leave a review because the manager, Melanie, is literally the best manager I have ever worked with about a storage unit, or anything for that matter. She was SO attentive, kind, helpful, and on top of everything. I was nervous about moving out of a storage unit for the first time and how the process goes (I didn’t want to miss any steps), but I was blessed with Melanie being the manager here and helping me make moving out a BREEZE. I had a unique situation, too, because my storage unit was originally in someone else’s name, plus I had some large things in my storage unit. She even called me later to check-in and explain some things to me on the phone. She helped me resolve everything and if I didn’t have to move storage units due to a work location issue, I’d still be here! Thank you Melanie for being extremely helpful and going above and beyond; definitely leaving Public Storage with an amazing experience in mind!
