Making an online reservation was so easy. Move in day was very smooth. Property Manager Irene was a huge help and very friendly. Facility is very clean and secure. I’m very happy with my decision to store my belongings at Public Storage.
Laura jo is my mother-in-law, she is in tears because of the wonderful things you guys said to her, she said if she didn't have her shoulder replacement she'd work there another 30 something years. Thank you Public Storage, and thank you to all the amazing people who loved her, angela, paula, and everyone elses work.
The manager is incredibly rude. I have had nothing but issues with my reservation. It’s impossible to get a customer service agent on the phone. The only way to get help is if you call the property office. Given my experience with the manager the last thing I want to do is call them. Even if I try to call nobody ever answers the phone and the manager leaves early constantly. I’ve called leaving messages of complaints regarding water leaks from the pipes into storage units while I’ve been in the facility and nothing has been done. There are only 3 carts at the property so good luck if you need one. The elevators are only big enough for one cart. The temperature controlled units are freezing so no use in wasting money on those. Any time I’ve needed help I can’t get in touch with anyone. The live chat on the public storage website doesn’t work you can only call the phone numbers which again just leads you to an automated system and you won’t ever speak to a live agent. They jacked up my rate 3 times in the course of my time here. I was here for over a year almost two. I was notified only one time of a rate increase which they are NOT allowed to do without notice. I went from $135 for a 10x10 to $156 (they gave notice). From there I went up to $171 (no notice). Then finally $206 (no notice) and that’s when I decided to move to a different storage facility/company. I’ve been trying to cancel my unit for almost two weeks now. The property manager left me a nasty/rude voicemail in regards to me attempting to cancel the reservation. I didn’t even listen to the full thing because of how aggravated I became due to her tone and disrespect. It was incredibly unprofessional. The only good thing I can say about this property is it is clean. Otherwise I absolutely do not recommend it.
I had a great experience with all of the staff at public storage on 665 Big Timber Rd. I had a slightly out of the box request and Piper went out of her way to help me. Very nice and competent staff. 10/10 would use their services.

I had a terrible experience here. The management at this location is severely lacking. Half of the year I couldn’t get into the facility because they never updated my code. I moved in at $89 or so dollars and by the end of the year the monthly price had gone to $250! Every three months they change the price of the unit. They moved me into the wrong unit initially (a more expensive unit) and then wanted me to pay the higher fee or move my items again. I fought to not have to move the items to a second location and they agreed (because it was their error) to let me rent the larger space for the smaller space’s price. But after a few month they bumped me to the higher price and then every few months after that they increased the cost so the end cost was going to be $250/mo. I would stay away from this facility.

Staff is FANTASTIC!!!!!! HOWEVER, their prices are terrible!!!!! They constantly raise the rates and corporate could care less about the people who rent units. I started out paying just over $100 a month for a unit that I had to have for some household goods and in 2 years they have raised the rates and now the same unit is $400 A MONTH!!!
If I want to empty the unit and rent a new unit constantly I can get their "move in specials". But once you move in - they raise the rates.

I called to rent a space, thought it was set and then I never got an email with reservation confirmation. I called back and proceeded to get bounced to 5 different people because my reservation was expired, even though as I write this the move in date is still 3 days from now. So finally someone gets the email to me and I'm thinking we're good. Nope. Now not only does the reservation say its expired when you look at their site, but there was no one at the facility despite the hours and assurance someone would be there to finalize the reservation.

I've had a storage here for some time now. I went to get some stuff from my unit and the gate didn't work tried my code didn't work so I left. Got a call about entering the property after hours all I did was try my gate code. Be careful here haven't been liking the experience since the snow and temp has fallen.

Came to public storage looking for a storage unit at a reasonable price! Got in and all I can say is Irene is the best she is very friendly and helping! She had us in and out and was able to make us knowledgeable of our contract so there wouldn't be no misunderstanding later! If only I could of gave her 10 stars! Thanks Itene

My partner and I came today to check out a few storages and we got help from Laurie today. First off most places see us and were young females and usually places don’t take us serious or they treats us differently because of how young we are but Laurie wasn’t those people. She gave us every information we needed without us asking and she gave us options to look and think about and helped us find the right sized unit for us. Whatever we were confused or questioned, she had no problem clearing our confusion and answering our questions. She was super sweet and funny. We felt secure and happy with our choice today and we’re happy we came today and got what we needed with friendly and helpful service from Laurie ❤️
