One of the managers, Chris, was so amazingly helpful. He gave me a great tour and explained the system and processes beautifully. He followed up with me in a timely manner and gave me some great tips. This is one reason I went with this facility and company
They raise your rates after 6 months by $100. then will charge you a whole month after being in there 2 days into the month. I tried explaining that we couldn’t get a piano mover in time to be out by the 1st. I thought they would work with me, nope! I would highly recommend finding another storage place.
I will say the staff that work there are really nice(someone was able to delay the raise in rent by a couple of months) but just as most big businesses the corporate side is not customer service oriented.
I'm very happy with my online experience renting the locker and then taking delivery of the locker at Public Storage with help from their friendly staff. The location is super clean and very easy to access.
I have had a storage unit at this facility for several years. Last Friday I received a call from Daniel at the facility to tell me I had not attached my lock correctly and my unit could be opened by anyone walking by. He attached a company lock as I was out of state. He then called me on Sunday to let me know he would be working on Monday and arranged a time for me to me him since he knew my schedule based on our previous call.
He escorted me to the locker and showed me the unit and sure enough it was just as he had stated. I had indeed put my lock on incorrectly. I opened the unit and everything looked just as I had left it. I felt stupid for making the mistake but great full for Daniel's keen eye. I offered him a gratuity but he refused to accept it. He stated he was just doing his job. I disagree, I think he went way above and beyond to assist me and thus I am leaving this review as it is the least I can do. It really shows the quality of employees they have at Public Storage and the service they provide. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an honorable company.
I had a great experience at PS and daniel was able to help me on a tech issue and saved me lots of time with my unit. I highly recommend this facility which is always clean and with staff who are very responsive.

Has pull in parking so you can load & unload in a warm, dry area. Elevators and hallways are very clean, well lit, and well maintained. The app to get in & out sometimes glitches, but maybe that's just me.

Some of the renters aren't the most considerate in parking and blocking the unloading garage for sticky tacky items, but these folks are in every facility. All-in-all, a smooth move-in experience to a nice, clean storage unit.

Rented a 5x10 unit here for almost 2 years. Very clean facility and a nice drive through load/unload area. Always had utility carts available, access in and out was easy. Price went from $75 to $134 over that 23 month period though. That's a bit excessive, so I got rid of some stuff and eliminated the need for a unit. Chris at Public Storage helped me close out the account, nice guy.

If I could give negative stars I would. Public storage are criminals who blindly take your money. They are money thieves. Worse than COMCAST!! We had the unfortunate pleasure of having to need their services and the Arlington location was nothing short of a miserable experience. Not only was the attendant not helpful, we needed some assistance 30 min after arriving.. he LEFT FOR 2 hours!! Had to call corporate and multiple locations to get him to come back. I hope you never have to use them. They are unwilling to help you at all.Expect rates to rise every month!! WORST COMPANY!
Do not go here. Your unit will increase monthly or at best 3 months. I started at $99 within 2 years, I was over $350. When I called they told me nothing they can do. I eventually had to buy another unit and move all my stuff from one unit to the next (same size) to reset the rate.
The property manager is rarely on site and isn’t helpful anyways, takes 2.5 hour lunch breaks, etc. If you forget or lose your key, you are screwed and they won’t help you at all. They have no master lock even though they provided you with the lock in the first place.
If you need any help with anything, be prepared for the run around. Expect your experience if you have any sort of issue to be a disaster.
Called customer service and they just read from a script and have no skills to help you. I’d recommend not using this company for anything.

Came to this new facility to set up a business unit and Kristin was very helpful in answering all of my questions, since multiple people would need access to the facility. We ended up having an issue with the unit’s hardware, and I came a week later to switch units and she made the process seamless.
Kristan and David are amazing! I had never dealt with a storage unit before. These guys were so helpful in providing an excellent educational experience and due to a small technicality, David even stayed a little late to see through the transaction.

We visited the facility. I needed to get a storage unit. Carmela was the manager on duty. Her expertise and how she worked with us was impressive. Efficient and professional. Answered all our questions. Great person to work with. I am glad they have employes as her. I felt piece of mind. Great facility. Solid location and private enough. Secure facility and everything functions.
I started the process and got hung up with some questions and timed out. Later I got a call from Carmella and she helped me sort things out, got me a good price, and signed up 30 min later no problems. Great start on my storage journey.

Tracy was very nice to work with. She was very detailed about the process to rent a unit and took the time to walk us around the facility and show us the selection of storage units that they had available. She was very accommodating and understanding and explain in detail how to use the facility and how to use the mobile app after we signed up for our storage unit with her. Tracy was very positive and upbeat and very cheerful which made the interaction more enjoyable. I would highly recommend going with Tracy at public storage.
