So far so good. Moved in this month. Haven't had any issues and Daniel has been helpful when I have called.
Edit: Not super surprising, but my intro monthly rate was raised after a few months. Place is still nice but the lowered rates you may see online probably won't last.
Dan provided excellent customer service and made my rental seamless and painless. He even went out of his way to makecsyre I had the best rate possible
Outstanding customer relations by a weekend associate Daniel. I had some glass breakage while removing items from my unit. Left a msg on busn phone which was answered quickly. Daniel came by with cleanup materials. And took care of removing all breakage safely and couteously. Highly recommend Daniel
Update: Elevator was down for over a week+ and i contacted management to let them know right away due to me needing items out of my storage unit on the top floor, nothing was done about it for the longest. Called multiple times to know when it would be fixed and kept getting the same response of staff being “unsure”. There’s no cleanliness at all in this place, small feces starting to appear everywhere throughout the top floor, theres PEE running down the walls of the units also from animals getting in. Management does nothing to help about it when notified 😃

I have been here for a year now and it is an "Un-Manned" location. Meaning that there is no-one to help you if there is a problem and the Mgr at the 1400 E Davis location was not helpful to my needs. Initially a One Star review, however; finally after 10 months someone answered my problem so we're good now, I was literally ready to leave B4 this Mgr helped me... So, I give only 4 stars for the level of on site assistance being so complicated. Otherwise a pretty decent facility. (Thank you Sir, for finally answering my needs.)

This place is great and Chris, the facility manager, was so helpful and professional. He clearly explained costs and took me on a short tour. Clean and well lit. My first ever short term storage rental and I am completely reassured about my items to be stored and the quality of the facility and its policies and staff. I used the 1600 East Davies facility temporarily, as I am a commercial driver and needed somewhere to store my belongings. I enjoyed speaking with Chris the facility manager and he was very friendly and helped me stop my ongoing payment as I had moved out . He even stated I would be refunded a portion because of my short usage of A024.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I went there to just look and get more information after I locked in a price online. David was amazing! He showed us around and went over options. David took such pride in representing the company, it was like he was the owner. I asked him and he said he had been there since 2019 so that is why he really knew his stuff. In the end he made me so comfortable that we rented the unit he recommended on the spot and he handled all the interactive sign up with me and the next thing I knew I had a lock and a set of keys and I am now ready to start using our unit. 1, 2, 3, I had picked a specific unit and was all signed up and ready to go, thanks to David!

Nice and clean storage but they raise the prices every three months . i just got and email today that went from $85 up to $116 . This is ridiculous and you can still see there is cheap units to rent … so what’s the point of raising mine when you’re still advertising for cheaper price ….

Had my storage at this location for about a year. The location is easily accessible, climate controlled and always clean (by far the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever rented). The staff were patient, caring and understanding and have always helped me with any questions or concerns, they truly know what Customer Service is. Worst experience ever. First the woman at the front desk messes up the reservation, we asked for an acclimated unit AC in palatine we double checked with her and pay. When we get to the address she gave us they say they only have outdoor and that they can’t change the location because we already paid. After that we get a rental until where she works because it’s closest one with AC apparently, while there’s only two people (including us) moving into our units and we’re using two carts and she tells us the limit is one per customer. That’s ridiculous because whenever there’s only 2 guests and all 6 carts are gone and we ask her where the carts are all of the sudden it’s okay because “they’re being used you have to wait your turn” so I guess rules only apply when it’s a certain type of guest.
