Can not say enough about what a scam PS is...my storage units have doubled from just a Few years ago. And they will just keep raising it to infinity because they can. A complete racket! No to mention the customer support infrastructure sucks. My advice is if you need a storage unit for longer than few months...you might as well just sell or junk your stuff because by the time you get done with PS....you will have been able to buy what you are storing there twice over! Wish I could give them negative stars!!!!!!!

The rent is very high and they raise the rent in large sums up to $100 a month or more it is scandalous. They also charge tax on the rent because where it is located. Snow removal is horrible in the winter time.. they pushed all the snow against the east side of the storage units as you enter and you cannot get in to the unit. The lady who works in the office is named Joyce she's very nice and very professional but unfortunately she's working for this horrible company with really bad customer service on the corporate level. I would definitely stay away from this location unless they improve their policies
