I would never go to this place again looking for a new place paid by Bill for years when I need to retrieve personal items. I am blocked out called customer service. Customer service said there’s nothing we could do hell of a way to run a business. do yourself a favor go somewhere else, they are not willing to help you if you have a problem here they’re willing to take your money and not give your stuff back

As a repeat customer, this experience has been the best. Sara made sure she match my exact needs for a unit, she was very patient with the down of the system and had to finish processing my app manually, she excelled the customer experience with her multi tasking skills.
