Easy convenient near home
New ownership to Public Storage was a concern for us as we did run into billing issues. However, the local facility manager was very friendly and the district manager reached out to solve our concerns, refunded fees for the inconvenience, and was very kind to go above and beyond. Will definitely rent from this location in the future. Thank you for the solid customer service follow through!
StoreEase ownership review -- Very clean, easy self use access, great customer service. Two carts, brooms and dust pans available for use. Would appreciate a facility bathroom be made available for tenants to use, and more accessibility ramps from the parking lot for easier loading/operation of carts. Admin fee high given everything behing done digitally IMO. Otherwise, a great facility and friendly/helpful service team.

I 100% recommend Storing with Store Ease I’ve had almost 8 different storage facilities. I’ve used over the years and this is by far my favorite one. It is extremely nice with automatic doors, automatic gates everything done through your phone. The customer service is the best that I’ve experienced from any storage facility before. I had help from Jaylen, and Dlicia, they were both super helpful and extremely friendly. I mean it when I say it, this is the best storage facility I’ve ever used.

My things are very safe here. The air circulation is good. The building is always very cool and clean. Security is tight. I’ve interacted plenty of times with the lady at the front desk Maria and she is very kind and helpful when needed. There are always carts available to bring items in. I recommend this storage facility.
