Robin is so very helpful…She’s so sweet
My mother is legally blind and when the fire happened a young lady names miss Robin would give us a call almost everyday or we will call her to give us an update but the real reason why I’m writing this is because when we finally went to see our unit she was there and opened the unit for me not only that she stood there and explain to my blind mother everything she saw that was destroyed and consoled her when she started crying . Miss Robin is a very kind young lady when I tried coming back to speak with her again to say how thankful I was too her ,she was not there so if she does see this thank you for everything you have done to make this process much easier to handle and for being their for us when we needed answers. I’m very grateful for your kindness .

Went to clean out a unit for an Elder and thought I was at the right unit and couldn't get in.. So I told the attendant who grabbed all her gear, her cart and met there only to find out I was at the wrong unit. UUUgh I hate wasting anyone's time, however, she was a doll and smiled, then gave me the move out rules and all was cool..... Nothing like seeing someone who is knows their job and does it without getting an attitude.

Sorry but the prices are way too high for non air conditioned units. I was assigned a unit that was literally falling apart. Plywood/drywall separating the next unit from mine was breaking apart. Someone in the other unit could easily tear it down and steal your stuff. No protection from water damage if it floods as units are basically on ground level. When I finally decided to move my stuff out it was infested with roaches and all other kinds of bugs. Horrible experience and I am a local resident. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Main problem is it is constantly going up in price. It's not as if the storage unit/ facility is getting better, it's not. I'm making arrangements to get rid of most of my stuff. And I would seriously advise anyone to rethink about storing your belongings there; it is like a mortgage payment or rent and one is more than enough.

Walking by one day cause I work near by, I saw a Lady drive her Kart fast and hit a car. Saw her and some people literally fly off the ground and bounce. I do not trust with my items, or safety at ALL. Saw cops come and everything but ever since then I've seen people come in and go, changing things and repairing or taking down. Something suspicious is going on here, maybe drug cartel or murder or cover up idk

The elevator lighting didn’t work so we worked out of a dark space. The manager on duty tried to pressure me to purchase insurance and stated it was required and the lease said it wasn’t required. The storage unit is definitely NOT 5 by 5. It’s also slanted and so one side is shorter than the other. There are only two carts and so you can’t haul anything unless you wait a while for someone to finish.

Although the prices where a little high for my pocket. When I went to the property the manager there was very nice and knowledgeable on what it was she was showing me. She told me everything I needed to know mentioned that if I packaged everything correctly and played Tetris with my stuff. I could use a smaller unit then what I initially wanted. Property is very clean for an outside property. Once again if the prices weren't too high for my pocket I would have rented with her. 😊
