My payment had increased by a decent amount, and I had spoken to him about that, and he put in a request for the payment to decrease some, which it did.

Desde hace muchos días quería escribir, pero nunca es tarde,,, No tengo palabras para agradecer al Señor Luis lo atento y humano que ha sido conmigo, aún sin conocerme físicamente y solo a través del teléfono Luis me ha brindado un apoyo incondicional y una atención excelente, cabe mencionar que el día que estuve en las oficinas fue un domingo y El no estaba presente,,, y de igual manera la Señora que estaba trabajando ese día fue de igual manera conmigo, ( no recuerdo su nombre, pero Dios sabe quien es )…. Para muchos un Storage es solo un espacio donde guardar, en mi caso ese Storage es una parte muy importante de mi vida (es mi casa ) , pues con toda la inflación me quede en la calle por cómo aumentaron mi renta, y cabe mencionar mi salud también me ha golpeado… muchos si llegan a leer este comentario dirán porque tanto??? Y es qué hay cosas que solo Dios sabe, por tanto en este texto va todo mi agradecimiento hacia El Señor Luis y su Equipo completo de trabajo,,, Gracias.

Surprised that you needed an access card or phone application to open doors once you got inside the facility, then it was a maze to find your individual storage bin which you need to provide your own lock

Told me one price over the phone then when I arrived gave me a much higher price with an ultimatum. Cart things never available and stairs feel unstable and unsafe. The set up was a secret and there’s hidden fees and details you won’t know till you’re there with all your stuff and your movers. Found roaches in my stuff when I removed my belongings from that place.go somewhere else. Dishonest business.

Luis was a life saver. I was bringing back my RV from Missouri with no place to keep it. I had reserved a spot the month before but was unaware it was taken. Luis kept an eye out for me for a 2 weeks when a spot became available he did everything to make sure I would not be left high and dry. Great price on the outside storage spot, great service 5 stars. You cannot go wrong working with Luis.

Well don't normally go above and beyond to acknowledge someone but the second I left the office I was like I need to leave a review about Brenda. That is the best customer service I have ever gotten. Even tho the storage facility was unable to accommodate to what I needed Brendan was extremely helpful to find another place. I said to myself that I was gonna call this places manager in the morning to leave a good review about Brenda personally but I guess it looks like she is already a manager. Kudos to her she is a great employee and a great asset to the company. The definitely should consider another promotion for her. Thank you Brenda for ur amazing customer service. hopefully they move you to a new and cleaner place where you can shine more and show them ur potential or they remodel ur place cause they have you working in a dump. So overall I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone cause its the worst one ive ever seen. But Brendas customer service is amazing. <3

Dirty very dirty

Worst place ever!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went to leave things yesterday and today we went to leave others and all our things were wet there were leaks from the roof and things were getting damaged, we had to take everything out and move it to another storage because of them, BRENDA was very rude and with bad words and the worst did not solve anything. Do not go to that place, do not trust them, they are thieves, and everything is dirty! THE WORST PLACE AND PEOPLE!

Brenda and Carlos were very with helpful with all of my needs at Public Storage, both moving in and moving out. I have always been treated like family when I come and I will continue to choose Public Storage for my future storage needs due to convenience, courtesy, and peace-of-mind they offer.

The experience at Public Storage in Kendale Lakes was one in a million. From the moment you walk in, the service is extraordinary. Both Carlos and Brenda went above and beyond to go over the different storages available and found ways to accommodate our needs in the best possible way. The price alone is very good. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service and truly recommend it.

I came here about a month ago and Brenda helped me and explained all I needed to know. Today I came back and Brenda helped me again, the service is great and I’m glad I came back, she gave me a great deal and service.

Thank you to the main girl at the desk for being so patient with me in choosing the right space while also understanding my financial concerns. Everything fit just fine, and I’m very satisfied :)

Brenda (manager) at this location is extremely rude. Save yourself the headache and drive to any alternate storage building. Brenda is unprofessional and condescending. Unfortunately the district management did absolutely nothing even though they said they’d “look into” an unjust fee. I never heard back from the DM, instead I had Brenda call again this time with a hightened rude tone and no desire at all to assist with the issue that she caused in the first place. Brenda is very proud of her employment of three years, she made it clear to me and repeated it many times and for this reason she believes is perfect and makes no mistakes ever. Again, Brenda failed to communicate properly and very rudely treated the issue she caused in the first place.

I got a very good deal, I looked around many places and this one has the best price found. Ask for the summer sale. Plus customer service was great, the manager is very helpful.

We reserved a storage unit for my mother's belongings on the 2nd floor. Today we go to put furniture in it and they tell us we can't use the lift, that we have to use a ladder! After they used profanity we decided to take our business elsewhere. Rude people and not honest about what is offered.

The staff here are not very pleasant. There are always problems getting a cart to move stuff to your unit. Very expensive.

Great, super friendly customer service. Sturdy construction on all units - I’ve rented a couple and they were top notch. No issues with fixing maintenance on units: needed my unit’s door fixed and they took care of it that same day. No bug problems I’ve seen with other facilities - very clean. Open long hours 7 days a week so there won’t be an issue moving stuff in or out due to your work schedule.

I've been using Public Storage for over 1 year and they are fantastic, I've never has any issues. The staff is friendly and the premises are always clean and secure.

This storage facilty Is a bit outdated but The customer Service Is Great. Brenda Is very nice and professional she Will help you with everything you need. I rate her service a 10/10.

This is the worst storage facility known to man. The storage units are Dangerously placed and very uncomfortable. The fact that this storage is allowed to continue functioning is a crime to humanity. The archaeologist of this establishment should have his degree revoked and should be put back in school. If I could give less than one star in this review I would. Never consider visiting or renting in this facility.

Really nice people who were willing to work with me even when i needed to switch units on the last minute. The place is not as hot as other storages which is appreciated greatly Update: 9-1-2017 Today I decided to close the account for personal reasons and the staff was really helpful and understanding in getting it done. Brenda was really helpful in closing my account. Thank you again to the staff!!!

When my wife and I showed up with a truck full, we didn't know it was past office hours. Thankfully Cesar was still in the office and assisted us with courtesy and professionalism. Johnny and Jorge have been very helpful during a very stressful move we recently did. They were ready to answer all the questions we had and even helped us upgrade to a different size unit at the last minute.
