Like their cleanliness, and enjoy the quiet. My only complaint would be that I pay for an a/c storage unit and even though it should always be cool due to the a.c. flow, it tends to feel very warm and end up all sweaty after moving stuff around in my storage unit.

In the Medley, FL store hours state open until 6 pm and the doors are closed 5-10 minutes prior to said time. Your advertising and posted store hours should be adjusted to such time. Due to the fact if you arrive 5 minutes prior to closing the employees catch attitude, are disrespectful and customer service is out the door. If you, the customer, states the obvious about posted hours, the response is that it's company policy. Therefore, since it's company policy, the hours of operation should state such.

Avoid storing with this company! This management at this facility lies and price-gouges. When I moved in in July 2016, that manager told me that rates would not increase more than 10% every 6 months. Well in December, my monthly rate increased from $200-$250, an increase of 17% after just 5 months! Customer service was not caring or helpful at all. Now, I need to pay a lot of money and take a lot of valuable time to move to another storage unit. Don't store with Public Storage! (This was my initial 5-star review in July 2016, which I now withdraw: A nice storage facility right by a police station. Nolberto and Lourdes are the best! I actually found a slightly cheaper unit nearby but the service of these two was far superior to the rude competition. So I chose to spend slightly more for honest, reliable, friendly service here. I definitely recommend!)

First time getting unit , and gotta tell you best experience ever great service, very clean place. Excellent costumer service , Nolberto ( best costumer service ever) was very attentive really friendly and helpful. I will recommend public storages.

Lourdes and Norberto are so nice and helpful at the office. I definitely do recommend to store here at this store because of the good prices and accessible location. Also it helps that the property is clean and safe, it makes you feel better that it's next to a police department. I will definitely be letting everyone I know to store at this location.
