I visited your location to inquire about renting a possible space. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Octavio, who addressed all my questions and concerns. If I decide to rent a space, it will definitely be with Public Storage, as the employees are very friendly and accommodating.
This facility made my move so much smoother than I anticipated! The entire process, from initial inquiries to securing my storage unit, was handled with professionalism and care. The staff (specifically Octavio) were friendly and helpful, patiently answering my questions and guiding me through the selection process. Their focus on customer satisfaction was truly noticeable.
The place was super clean, Octavio also helped me out a lot with finding the right storage unit! I would highly recommend coming here to anyone and I’ll be sure to come back.

I rented 10x20 units yet could not access them upon 10am arrival in order to meet the delivery trucks to unload. I therefore had to rent multiple smaller units to accommodate my needs and the truck delivery drivers schedule. No one to assist nor support paying for reservation and gaining access to the larger units until after 2pm! Customer service advised that I need to call back and make an appointment with onsite property manager the following afternoon - not logical nor helpful. No dolly's or carts available for use at this facility. I was also not able to arrange the waste/recycling pick up as the customer service representative on the phone and at the facility could not assist. Had to leave behind pallets as the delivery drivers had to leave.
Overall, a very stressful experience. customer service was lacking and the inability to move into reserved units caused delays and excess fees for many additional units.

Yesena was awesome! I was in urgent need of a storage space to off load from a truck or get charged $200/day. She set up the account, and set up a meeting an hour later to finalize the paper work, show me my storage unit and give an overview of the facilities/security. PS has good customer service by phone as well. Excellent company.
