Rolando was a great help!! It was my first time renting out a storage unit & I was a little confused on how to get around. He came up to me & gave me directions & also offered to switch my unit to a closer one by the door. I agreed & ended up getting a larger unit. He was very kind & has excellent customer service skills. I will be recommending this public storage to friends & family.
Rolando was a great help. He showed us different size units to assist us in deciding which one was more convenient to our needs. He made sure he answered all our questions before we left his office. I would recommend friends and family to contact Rolando if they need assistance in renting a unit.
Unit flooded causing significant rust to contents. When I moved out 2nd of the month, I was told I'd have last month refunded IF I moved out the same day. I did, but no notes in my file so I was charged anyway.
Understand that the positive reviews are likely from customers coerced into writing them in exchange for some small temporary favor. I was asked to leave a five star review before they would make any accommodation on other units I've rented from them.
This is a cash generating machine and you will be surprised by the 40+%/6month rent increases AND the lack of accountability for what is promised vs. what actually happens.

Bad business they charge you one price then double it by force. And its always empty for you get robbed.
This was the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The manager Rolando was awesome and he made everything upon checkin/checkout really easy for me. Everything at the facility was working in perfect condition and there were no hidden costs or charges at any point. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for storage at an affordable price.
