This place has two Managers, Octavio and Carmen, that are top of the line! They should manage a 5 star hotel and they will be very successful! Octavio was able to troubleshoot a computer glitch the was not recognizing my access code in a very smart, efficient way. Carmen is a wonderful gentle lady with a caring attitude. Her way to explain how to access the property for the first time was extremely easy and professional. Bottom line, Carmen and Octavio are two rockstars for their place and organization. They really show a genuine, caring attitude like they "ow"n the place. This is striking on your first contact with them... They care! I like this place, the only issue is the carts, they just offer 2 flat bed carts for customers
Today marks ONE YEAR (yes, YEAR) where we’ve been requesting for the lightbulb in front of our unit to be replaced. Countless calls, talked in-person to employees (they’re never any help), even sent an email to their district manager, nobody has ever written or responded. Employees response is “well get back to you”. Never do. My disabled mom has so much trouble looking for stuff in her unit, having to resort to her cellphone light to see anything. This is extremely unacceptable being that we pay almost $200 a month for a rental. People reviewing this place with 5 stars must have never needed anything from the customer service team- because the service here is subpar. I don’t understand how it takes ONE YEAR to change a lightbulb. Well be moving our stuff out by the end this month.
As I arrived at this location I saw the employee cleaning outside. Even though he was working alone he showed me excellent attention and service. I have been to other storage companies in the area and this is by far the nicest, well kept and friendly location. Highly recommend!! Talk to Paul! He will help you out

First of all, I do not understand how people say that the place is clean when it is not , the place is always super dirty the elevators is in bad condition , when I went to the office they are never there to help, there are never cars to move our things, I had to go up to the 4th floor with things in my hands... it's a shame. It was very different when it was extra space, for those reasons I had to move my things. Not recommended

Clean and trolleys were avail. Staff is pleasant good overall exp. Although you can go there bring a fake id and steal a cart. They don't tie the ID to a unit so a fake id gets you $150 cart. Not to smart.
Buena atención
I came here to make a payment for my Aunt who is in Alaska is taking care of her Mom. When I showed up the facility was extremely clean, the staff was excelent, and very friendly. I also have a friend who has their own storage unit here and they have nothing but glowing reviews about this specific location. If you have any doubts, come in and check it out for yourself. Whenever I may need to utilize a storage unit for a few months or so - trust me, this is where I'd want my stuff to be held. Susie and Paul were the two staff members during my visit today. Again, very attentive, friendly, and just all around awesome. Thank you guys for making this such an easy process and experience for Aunt and I.
