I would just like to say that the staff e resident staff member/Manager "Carmen" is a Great asset to this storage facility Because she is very helpful, friendly & genuinely concerned about your individual storage needs & she is prepared to help you find solutions for any storage concern you may have. The facility is clean and well maintained and Carmen is often seen making her way around the Storage facility offering answers to questions & making sure things are_ kept tidy as well as being on site to welcome you or greet you with a friendly hello . I would like to state that this place blows and does not prioritize doing business in person or transparently. Like genuinely do not rent here. However the man at the front desk is doing his darnedest and I doubt he’s getting paid enough to be as kind and problem solving as he was. This review is for him not for renting here, just don’t do it.

Hard to find wonderful customer service these days, so i was pleasantly surprised to have had Christina be the person that helped me today, 5+++++++ stars!! Get a few replicas of her and business will be booming!!!

I have rented at this location for more than 10 years. I recently had to move into another unit in the same location and Carmen and Brianna both worked hard to ensure my transfer went as smoothly as possible. They are both very professional, work very hard and so kind. They made what was an incredibly stressful event much calmer than expected. I have a customer service supervisor background and all I can say is that these two ladies are impressive! Thank you again for your help!
Very nice, clean facility. For myself, I like that it’s a bit out of the way. Customer service, Carmen, has always been very helpful whenever I had a concern or needed to make a change. Yes, I recommend this facility.
Carmen was great so helpful and patient could not have asked for better service. My situation was a bit tricky but we got right thru it. Keep in mind no cash accepted. But thats .not a problem these days. They use only their locks but only 20 bucks with 3 keys. Regular pad locks don't fit their secure roll up doors.

This is my second time renting a unit at this facility. It had been a very good experience the first time around and a huge part of it is because of the friendly staff they have. A big Shout out to Carmen who has been consistent in her service and always with a smile on her face. They went above and beyond in helping me with my issues. They worked on fixing the door and lock issue I had a couple hours fixing the issue. They also fixed a billing issue I had. This last time around, I had a storage unit for 10 years at this location and was always treated with respect, the facility was well lit and I felt safe and secure storing my things there. Carmen was especially helpful. I’ve had a unit here three different times, and always a good experience.

I purchased a unit from their website at $130 a month. At the end of the transaction, after I already paid with my card online a notification came up on my screen saying," Please go to the store & see the site manager to complete this transaction". Long story short, the site manager charged me $260 a month. Now it's been 6 months and I've paid 2 times the amount I should of been paying. When I tried to contact the regional I got NOTHING. Then I call customer service and they say that he tried to call me but I have 0 missed calls. 100% bad business and I will be reporting to the better business bureau

UPDATE*** spoke with Carmen and she stated that according to the policy( which isn’t posted anywhere not to mentioned I’ve never heard of this and have used PS for 17+ years ) “they are appointment only and even if the manager is on site if they aren’t on the clock the won’t answer the door or the phone” but I was never told to make appointment before I came. So in the end their lack of consideration, to inform customers of these policies will ultimately cost the customer
Yesterday I got a VM from Melissa the manager, saying to come in to get unit info. I came down twice yesterday and both times she was not there, I left several VM. I came back today, her vehicle was there, but no one at the front desk, no one answered the phone, no one answered the door. I called, knocked and even called out on the side of building for 20 minutes and nothing. Thank God the CSR on the phone Martese was able to help and I was able to get in my unit. But overall this is still very disappointing for my time and money to be wasted but the lack of concern from the MANAGER….Do better!! This isn’t the first complaint of no one being present to help

Recently, I had a unit with this place for over 4 years paying close to 300 a month after all monthly fees and insurance. A recent financial change caused us to fall a month behind so they placed a lien on my unit. Next thing you know, my unit is sold! The only notification I received of this sale was through email (in spam folder) with no dates and time. I reached out the following business day to get the time and day to avoid the sale. Instead, I learned my unit had already been sold! After all those years of paying the space and just like that my belongings were no longer mine. Never again will I consider this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. Think twice before coming to this place or your stuff will be gone the moment you experience a financial hardship.

Horrible service at this location. The lady left after she knew I was arriving in 15 minutes. I was standing outside in the heat, which was 103°. Never again. She needs a new job or better training. I went to a better storage place. #you lostagoodcustomer. With $$$$$

On June 1st 2PM to closing time there was no one in the office on Larch road in Tracy, CA and there was another person waiting that called and left and I needed to pee.
