Jasmine was so amazing. I had a last minute change in my space needs, my movers told me all my stuff wouldn’t fit in the unit I rented. I called the number at the PS Torrance office and left a voicemail. Worried I wouldn’t hear back and my hourly movers would be waiting for me to solve this, I headed to the office. Before I could drive the 3 miles, Jasmine had already called me back, she is one of those people who ‘gives good phone’ where you can hear their smile and positive vibes through the phone, it gave me an instant bit of relief as I felt like I had a good person to work with on my problem, and I pulled into the parking lot to pick up the conversation in person. When I walked in Jasmine greeted me with a big smile which made me want to smile even in the midst of a stressful moving day having spent all night packing. After talking for a bit about the situation she totally understood and presented solutions but first had me go look at what I rented to show the movers some pics of and see what they thought, because she agreed that paying them to wait was not the right move. After checking out the unit I had already rented and signed up for, it was decidedly too small. Jasmine immediately starting clicking away and looking for a bigger unit while closing out my contract on the first one. I was worried because I had gotten one of those awesome deals on the first month of my first unit and wondered if it would be the same with the new unit. Jasmine clicked away shooing away the units that were too big or too pricey and then found the last one available that was the perfect size for me, but before we locked it in, she said let’s go check it out and make sure, and escorted me to the proposed unit as we chatted away. Even though the problem wasn’t solved yet, I already knew in my gut that it would be, I felt I had an ally in Jasmine who was looking out for me, the unit was perfect, the price was only 17 dollars more and everything good from the first deal carried over, and I happily signed the new contract. Having been in customer service in my prior life, we shared some war stories about how negative people can be on both sides of this situation and what a shame that is. I made sure she knew that she was super appreciated, or at least I hope I did well enough, and hoping this review is read by her bosses as she should be training everyone on how to do it right. It is far too rare a thing to feel this way these days, and not what I was expecting when I was leaving my voicemail about my last minute change, which I came to realize was only because she was off busy being Jasmine helping someone out and making sure everyone there had what they needed and not because there was someone who didn’t care manning the phone. I hope you all have a Jasmine in whatever situation you find yourself in, where you are in a bind and need someone to understand and be happy to help make it right, like Jasmine did for me. Thank you. Public Storage is now my go to for all my storage needs. Well done y'all!

Absolute scammers! They will SIGNIFICANTLY raise your rent every few months! When you call, they waste your time hoping you’ll just give up. The prices they show are just to give you the classic bait and switch. I would strongly discourage you from using this company as a whole.

They are kind it will take a moment to talk with you, as well as help you find the correct size rental unit catch the online prices reserve it and lock it in. You’ll get a much better deal as well as completing your reservation in your payment you can pass the front desk and just go straight to your unit. very simple procedure. There are many more features security gate. Your phone can open that up no more punching the call buttons, easy and easy out clean and fresh. This storage facility is very well . The staff is always helpful and very polite! Rent just went up a few months ago which is sad because the reason I came here from my other storage was because the rent was decent! This forces people out and then storage loses money! Not good for business in my opinion! Better to have decent prices and a full storage facility then high prices and a empty storage facility wouldn't you agree!! My last month here!!!

If you have items at this facility, please check your units!! There was a flood and a roof leak that they never informed the tenants about! They also claimed they got it fixed by a vendor but the employees at the facility confirmed no one investigated the leak/flood! The Regional VP AND District Manager confirmed they will not remedy the situation. I have to take them to court and I’m more than happy to do so! Their failure to communicate the leak/ flood was reckless and has now costed me thousands of dollars. Insurance only cover $250 for mold and the deductible is $100. A scam. A joke. I look forward to justice.

I researched and visited many different storage locations within a 10 mile radius. After visiting several locations without being able to locate a person to show me available units I decided to book a unit online and hope for the best. On my move-in day I arrived at 380 Crenshaw and was greeted by Catt who was very knowledgeable and shared with me how to use the keypad and pointed me towards my unit. When I opened the unit I had been assigned, my fears were realized when the actual size of the unit was smaller than what I required. I went back to Catt and she took me on a tour of the facility until we found a unit that fit my needs. I really appreciate that she took the time to go above and beyond to help resolve my very long search to get into a unit. Thanks again!

Catt was literally so attentive and understanding of my situation and gave me so many pointers on how to not get crazy fees. All my years renting I have never worked with such transparent supportive employees ever kudos to this property!!

I was so impressed with this Storage experience- I had to brag! Sometimes we have bad experiences at places by customer service - so that we can go where our dollar will be valued. I came to 380 Crenshaw Public Storage and was greeted with a huge smile and a hello. Then introduced herself as Catt. She explained what they had to offer. When I was trying to think of what that would look like Size-wise, she immediately said, would you like to see one ? Yes! She was an excellent listener. She was listening to hear my needs. She explained everything in great detail. She did not look rushed or bored or irritated, because she had something better to do which I have found to be the norm in our society these days…. She IS AMAZING! She took care of many different things for me. A line started. She looked up at each person who entered in the front door and greeted them and let them know she would be with them in a moment. She also acknowledged that they were waiting a little bit of time while I finish doing my contract and thank them for their patients while she finished me up. VERY IMPRESSED with Catt. Her customer service is top notch and very much something to brag about. Now, if she could just train everyone else, who is in customer service as their JOB .. our world would be so much nicer, happier and loving. Today made me smile. Do Not Trust This Facility. DANGEROUS BUSINESS PRACTICES! My experience with Public Storage #25749 on 380 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance , CA 90503 has been nothing short of disappointing and concerning. Not only did they exhibit unethical business practices, but their negligence and lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied. Firstly, within just one year of renting a storage unit with them, I was shocked to discover that my monthly fee had been increased by a staggering 57%. This exorbitant raise is unjustifiable and speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction and fair pricing. Moreover, the facility experienced a leak in their ceiling, resulting in significant damage to my property. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the issue promptly, they simply relocated my unit without proper compensation or assurance that such incidents wouldn't reoccur. To add insult to injury, they continue to raise my fees despite their failure to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers' belongings. We weren’t sure what size unit we needed and asked for a tour of a few units to ensure we got the appropriate amount of space for what we needed to store. Katt gave us a tour of the facility and showed us 3 units, which helped us make our decision. Katt even told us to rent the storage unit online to possibly save some money. Went to look at a unit yesterday & I was helped by a young man by the name of Pedro. He was courteous and speaks highly of Public Storage. He loves his job! The facilty also looks and smells clean. I have rented at other Public Storage locations in the country & I know for a fact that employees will ask you to rate them online. Pedro did not even ask me to write one, but I can't dismiss the great service I received yesterday. Not a lot of people takes pride and love their job nowadays and it's refreshing to be helped by one.

I would NOT recommend anyone to ever trust a PS Public Storage. 1) Their website does not say anything about monthly insurance being a requirement to rent a unit, but the facility manager tells you once you get there. 2) None of their units go all the way to the ceiling. But instead there is like wire across the top of each unit. Manager told me it was for ventilation purposes. Yea right!!! It's a crawl space! Each time I went to my unit wires were cut & open. I noticed a broom handle was laying across the top of my unit & it was the same type of broom the facility uses. When I pointed that fact out to the manager she really had no concern whatsoever. All she cared about was my payment each month. When I noticed items missing from my unit (items I had just bought & put into my unit & I had covered up) is when I got all of my things out. 3) Jasmine the manger was rarely there. In order to use the carts tenants must obtain the key from the manager but office was locked most everytime I was there. Public bathroom was locked & no other staff on premises. 4) For over 2 months the elevator was not working & my unit was on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient. I still had to pay full monthly rent even though I was unable to take anything to or from my unit. 5)Contract states monthly rent increase every 6 months, however my monthly rent was increased every 4 months. I paid $76 for a 5x5 unit + $15 each month for insurance & by the end of the year $116 + $15. Plus my items being stolen. MY ADVISE IS BEFORE RENTING FROM ANY PS PUBLIC STORAGE, READ OVER THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING IT. IT IS SO SCANDALOUS!!! VERY ANGRY & DISAPPOINTED. I AM ON A FIXED INCOME & HAVE HEALTH ISSUES I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY ITEMS & PAID MUCH MONTHLY JUST TO HAVE MY THINGS STOLEN.

I have been at this public storage for a long time I was here before it was public storage but their now and put in new elevators and the person who directed this must not have much common sense because the elevator has no hold and it just closes as you're trying to move furniture in the elevator. This is not the mall the elevator doesn't have to close within a certain amount of seconds Have a little more courtesy for the people who pay this high rent and get a Elevator with a Hold button

Chrissy is outstanding in her job. Went to other locations and had issues. She was able to figure it out and get me started. Even tho where I’m storing is at another location she was mazing and walked me through my eternal. Now I’m all done and had to leave this woman a review. Customer service is on point will be back here soon
