Update: My review still stands. Mitzi is an asset to Public Storage. Mitzi provides great customer service. She is very detailed in showing available unit locations, based on my request.....including swing door vs roll up door. The company has installed extra security measures. You have to enter your code to enter gate to parking lot and enter your code again to get in the building (new security).

Purposely ignore calls!!!!!5 days In a row!! Then wanna charge me $40 more!! For what I'm paying . I'm trying to cancel and they never pick up the phone so here I come in person.

Update 5/20 Vacated my unit everything was excellent with the facility. Upon leaving, I didn’t need to do anything extra. My subscription was automatic cancelled without any additional charges. Great service!

I called customer service while I was standing here with Mitzi the lady was least interested in what I was saying, she was just really quiet and letting me and Mitzi do all the talking so again this is. A+ for her and I hope PS valves her lungevity
