I haven't had a bad experience per se, but be aware of price gouging. I had to suddenly move during COVID so only took my essentials and put everything in a 10x20 unit for $375/mo in late 2021(?). Every year the unit has had a huge increase. It's now at $1072/ month. Essentially going up $300/mo every year. This year there were several increases but only one that i was notified of. My storage neighbor looks like he was poking holes in the drywall on his side to see what I had in my unit. People have lost their contents at these storage units when bad neighbors access in this manner. So be prepared to check your unit often. Know what your getting into. Truth is... if this isn't a short term situation (like I thought mine was) then just get rid of your stuff and start over. It's a waste of money especially when rates skyrocket like this.
Public Storage unit is well maintained with easy access to our individual unit. The best part of this location is Rebecca, who has been the most helpful and kindest staff member in the front office. She will go out of her way to assist everyone. We really appreciate her! Thank you, Rebecca.

This place is ridiculous, they keep raising the price on a rented unit and then the price they advertise is never what you end up paying they add all this charges on top of that, DO NOT recommend.
And they have termites and who knows what other pests.

BEWARE!!!! I've been at this location for years with no problem, but they just raised my rent by 40%. They just raised it 100 dollars! Spoke to the NEW property manager Rebecca and she was rude and unapologetic.

Great service
Service was fine up until move-out, when figuring out the billing became a long and confusing process. I called the property manager Rebecca ~2x but was told different things each time, which I understand can be a result of having many different accounts and customers to juggle. At some point I also felt being talked down to, and as though I was viewed as an adversary rather than someone politely trying to recover a simple overcharge. Rebecca said she will call me back, but never did.
I then called the general customer service number and spoke with a representative T, who agreed with one of Rebecca's earlier statements that I was overcharged, and said she will speak with a manager and follow up. She said if I don't hear back in a few days, I should call and follow up.
I never heard back from Public Storage, so I called back trying to ask for that representative. But I was only able to speak with the representative, B, who took the call. She also was unable to correct the error, and said she'll have the property manager reach out to the district manager.
I'm very disappointed that a big chain establishment has such a confusing and unhelpful billing process. Initially I chose Public Storage because the staff seemed very cordial and helpful at sign up. Clearly they can do better.
For those interested: Basically I used a 5 x 10 unit for 2 weeks and then transferred to a 10 x 10 for 1 week. My total cost should've been the cost of the 10 x 10 for 1 month, but I was still overcharged at the time of this post.

Life Saver! I came in a few weeks ago to meet a delivery guy to drop off a package to place into storage. Unfortunately, the package was too large and could not fit in. The delivery man was trying to leave me with a 500lb package for me to figure out and
cat came to the rescue! She found another unit for me to use immediately and made sure the delivery man did his job. I appreciate her so much! best customer service ever :-)

Prompt & polite when you are signing up. Rude afterwards. Clean facility. Has cameras. Looks secure. One big negative, you can't access your storage after 9pm. Should be atleast till 10pm. This might make me move to another storage facility. Also, they did false advertisement by showing me first month for $1 or something close but when got there I was told you can get this deal in another city 🤦♂️Typical
I had a terrible experience with this storage place. For one they totally ripped me off by charging me $377 for one day of storage and refusing to prorate. I moved out December 1 but was charged the entire month of December. The property manager REBECCA was very rude and condescending about it. Well sorry that's our policy. I will never use public storage again! Please shop around there are tons of other storage units available a lot cheaper without hidden fees and nonsense. They also raised the rent out of nowhere !

I don’t know what to add to these spot-on reviews of Shay; she IS what’s great about this facility! She’s helped us each time we’ve come back to rent a unit, she makes everything SO easy, and makes one of those tasks that you would normally dread actually pleasant and fun!!
We did leave because of a sudden 29% rate hike with only about a month’s notice. Inflation-based rate increases are of course understandable. 29% is not.
Also the hours should be expanded.
