The good.,..Yes the staff there was very helpful and friendly from helping me push the button on gate ,,to all the legal stuff on computer ... lots of room for your car to access the area They have flat bed carts that can be used They have insurance for everyone it's a must the price is very reasonable.. Lots of cameras The.not so good...is ..didn't see no electricity to plug in The walls constructed with with drywall the doors are flimsy not so strong.. Other then that I would say go ahead and store the junk

2 story building with a lift (not even an elevator) that doesn't even fit their carts and ONLY stairs. The whole thing is awkward and difficult.

I always keep coming back to her And it’s now 2022 and I came back to this public storage Angie provides the great customer service and I love coming back to her now they have the ps app and I can open the gate thru my phone I have always trust her storing my business stuff here very clean and extremely safe I will drive millions of miles just to come stored at Angies she is the best amazing personality

First of all the ladies that work for this location are great! I am sure they under paid and over pay for housing, yet they still are professional and pleasant. With that I will NEVER rent from Public Storage again. They raise you rent after so long and this week they put up a note on the access gate stating hours have changed and you can only access your unit until 6 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on the weekend. Prices are way to high to have that limited access. If I could do it over I would drive 5-10 miles with gas being over $6 in a U-Haul just not to give public storage my business. I moved my belongings out today.

I wish I could give Zero Star. They increased my rent $50+ WITHOUT notifying me. I didn’t receive no email or mail regarding this. I rechecked my email again and again and found none. I contacted them multiple times regarding this issue. They kept transferring me to different people and at the end I got transferred to the executive office which no one picked up. I left a message with my number, account number and what happened and they never called me. Manager at this location told me they increase the rate annually and then I asked why they increased mine after only two months and didn’t have any explanation and said he doesn’t know why. I also removed my stuff on the fourth and asked them to either waive the rent or charge me for those four days only but they said no and they charged me for the full months with an extra $50!! I called them multiple times no one helped. Worse of the worse. They drain your money out of your pocket. Do more research and find some place better that here.

Casey Marshall provided me information about the current promotion being offered by Public Storage. He provided me the phone number to this location and when I called I had the pleasure of speaking to Rafael who provided me more info about the available spaces and invited me to come see the spaces. I was instructed to arrive at 9:30 am and meet with Angie, who would be available to show me the size space I was looking to rent. I had a pleasant experience with Angie who answered all the questions I had and offered to hold my reservation while I went to also view another storage space at another Public Storage which turns out is much closer to my home and the Pods storage warehouse where my belongings have been stored up until now. I was very pleased by the professionalism and great customer service I was provided by everyone involved. I thank you so very much. I only wish I had met all of you a lot sooner! But am glad I met you now, nonetheless!
