Not recommended. Their prices change every 3 months started paying 93 in january 2024 it's now at 159. For a 5 by 10.
I had an extremely negative experience with Michelle, who displayed unprofessional and rude behavior while interacting with me. I attempted to ask a few questions regarding a storage reservation, but instead of addressing my concerns, she became hostile, spoke over me, and insisted that I complete a reservation before she would provide any information. These questions were essential in helping me decide whether to proceed with booking the space. Despite my efforts, she refused to answer my questions and abruptly ended the call. This type of customer service is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the company.

They changed the door and lock were changed without us being notified. Things were moved around in our unit without our knowledge or permission. We are going to be contacting corporate office soon.

Whenever I come I call to make sure she is working that day because I trust no one but her.
