I just want to say that Vista park store manager Leah is awesome , She went out of her way to get the storage I needed . She is a kind person it's nice when a person at an establishment like that is in a good mood . Also the place is very clean and big I recommend it.

I have been with Public Storage on Vistapark in San Jose for 18 yrs and let me tell you these guys are great!! I've actually had 2 units. A very clean facility always and the people are so wonderful! In 18 yrs I've never ever had any issues or problems. They have always helped me when I needed something. Leah and Gabrielle are fantastic and I couldn't have had a better experience with them. I finally cleared out my unit this month and I'm actually a bit sad to say goodbye to them. If you're looking for a safe, clean and great storage facility this is the place!!!!
I recently returned to this Public Storage location after storing elsewhere for a couple of years. I was greeted warmly by Leah and was surprised that the remembered me by name. Don't waste your time, they're upfront price may be good but expect predatory rental price increases of 50% in less than a year. They are inconsiderate and corporate office is simply an interactive telephone menu system.

Leah is truly the sunshine during a dark time. Losing a parent is a difficult experience. There’s a lot of administrative and laborious tasks involved that suck up a lot of time while you’re grieving. I was in great need of storage for my growing business and found public storage in my local area. I was able to find a space at a cost that was in my budget and moved in immediately. The customer service of Leah Gonzales was professional and informative.
Leah is outstanding!! She’s available, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The only downside I see is that water can and does get in along the bottom of the door when it rains. A tighter seal would be helpful.
