Toi was absolutely amazing 05/04/24. I came in and had an issue with an old account. She fixed it quickly and serviced my new account for this facility. Her customer service skills are beyond amazing. I was so mad about an old account and this issue and while I yelled and complained she was calm and professional. You don't find CSR like her anymore. She was about to calm me and made me feel heard. She showed me respect and courtesy. I can't thank her enough for the awesome job she did today. I hope the District manager sees this and other comments about the great job she's doing

This facility is the cleanest well storage facility I have dealt with, Manager TOI is all business but very knowledgable of her job and the business, Public Storage you need more folk like TOI in the upper mgmt of your company, place is spotless, she helps where she can and You should be proud to have this group from Norco on your team

Just rented another unit; Spoke with Ms. Toi who was professional and courteous throughout the entire conversation. I feel comfortable renting at this location, never had an issue and pray I never will. I like the fact that she's always there and ready for questions and concerns. I truly never feel comfortable about renting a storage unit but for some reason, her presence at the facility makes me feel as if she is personally watching out for my belongings...and I have insurance. Anyway, it's a great location for some things that won't fit in the garage at home for now and works better than clutter up the inside of my home.

I'm moving out of state and needed storage. I contacted your facility in Norco and am very pleased to say the customer service was on point. Toi was absolutely phenomenal. Although they didn't have the storage space I needed she went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family looking for a clean friendly place to store their belongings.

BEYOND UNPROFESIONAL.RUDE. HARASS ON THE PHONE.My storage unit among the whole row near me got broken into. Things were scatter all over the floor . Very upset lost sentimental itens i can't replace . The door were busted lock are useless since the frame is flimsy wood.NO ONE told me anything i only found out when i went to pick up some of my belonging that all my boxes had been open trashed things were slash with a cutter. They took jewelry anything with metal , electronics and saddles. My bedding sets were cut and rip when the thieves were looking for stuff.my unit was raided from top to bottom and left upside down . They were very thorough and slashed every single box. There are no cameras anywhere exerpt the entrance which were busted . Owner couldn't care less . They tell u to file with your insurance and take zero responsibilityits hard to say if things were stolen or put back in the wrong storage unit by the staff. They acted as if it was no big deal and totally normal This place isnt secure at all very easy to break in . Zero security guard no one is on site past 6 pm. No one live there to guard the place either . Absolutely ridiculous . There are better places to store your place this one is the most guetto one . Not to mention the constant price hikes and they scalp on the late fees . Be aware . Absolutely hate this place .prices went from 121 to 145 to 156 for my unit. 3 price hike just in 2021 👎 and mine is fairly small . You can get medium to large for the same price elsewhere .... there isn't any trash available on site so you will need to bring with you things you want to dispose of. The code thing is useless anyone can jump that gate its not that tall . The back isnt secure tons of homeless walk around the back fence. Be ready to HARASS ON THE PHONE claiming its an emergency if are paying 1 day late BUT takes them a week to alert u if your unit get broken into .not their money they dont care....
